Victim Statement

• Victim was asked by two female defendants to ride around with them

• Victim became frightened upon entering the park and recognizing the two male defendants in the vehicle

• Travelled down Little Shepherd Trail; was stopped by fallen log in road

• Victim was drug out of vehicle and assaulted by both males; all four defendants made anti-homosexual statements

• Males began looking for a tire iron with which to assault victim; at this time, he jumped over a hillside and hid until defendants left

• Victim walked to residence in park, broke window, entered, and called 911

• State charges against all four defendants dismissed

• All four were federally indicted, placed in federal custody
