Objective: Determine what users want from the User Group, what currently works well and doesn’t and where the User Group should be headed in the future.
Activity Instructions
1.Divide into groups of 8 (a facilitator is assigned to each group)
2.Break into groups and assign a scribe and spokesperson
3.Brainstorm ideas to improve the User Group Quarterly session using the ‘Continue, Stop, Start’
technique (20mins)
4.Regroup at 2:05pm room and spokesperson to spend 2-4mins to go through main ideas
(20mins)
5.Suggestions will be consolidated and feedback provided back to the group
