Designed for application onto textured, grained and structured very low surface energy plastics such as Polypropylene (PP), mineral filled and fibre reinforced PP and Polyamide (PA) composites. These types of plastic materials are used increasingly in the automotive industry in the engine compartment and for interior and exterior applications.

These are products based on 125 and 175 micron thick white polyesters that do not have adhesive applied to them – they are used as “tags” rather than pressure sensitive label stock and are applied to the substrate by tying it onto itself (see below, as used on plants and trees in garden centres) or with staples, nails, cable-ties etc.
The thicker polyester used means these labels are much more rigid and stiffer than normal 50 micron PET and are more durable.

These are products based on 125 and 175 micron thick white and silver polyesters with a matt or gloss finish laminated with 350E adhesive on a special release 90WG white glassine liner. They are particularly useful for hand applying as long thin labels (e.g. on the back of computers) where flexible labels make application difficult. The products can also be applied over joints in plastic casings where a more flexible label can ‘fall into’ the joint and therefore affect barcode readability
