Cooking in Puglia
What is included: Accommodation in a trullo, breakfast and lunch or dinner every day (see below) with local wine, transfers from railway station/airport (Bari/Brindisi) at beginning and end of stay, excursions and tuition fees.

The concept
In a group of ten or so, learn the basics of the traditional cookery of the Puglia region, which draws heavily on fresh local ingredients, notably olive oil.
A taster:

A true character, and chef at the nearby Masseria San Marco in Fasano, Peppino Palmisano will guide you through the above, delighting you with his enthusiastic and experienced approach.

Peppino speaks Italian and we provide translation into English, French or German (depending on class).

Day 3 (Tuesday)Breakfast Morning: Cookery class - fish Shopping for ingredients , if possible directly from the fishing boats bringing in the catch of the day, followed by class and lunch.
