RSI Logistics, Inc. (RSI) has been helping rail shippers reduce transit costs and improve supply chain
control through service products, consulting, and technology solutions since 1985. RSI serves clients
from 23 locations and is organized into four distinct business areas:

Bob has been directly involved in all of aspects of transportation
including truck, rail, ocean, and warehousing for over 30 years.
He has extensive experience in rail logistics analysis and planning,
facility development, and rate negotiation and management. On the
equipment side, his experience includes clients’ lease negotiations,
managing large railcar fleets, managing railcar maintenance for
multiple companies, and developing and operating transloading
facilities.
Prior to RSI, Bob’s experience includes serving as a Marketing
Manager and Account Executive at Consolidated Rail Corporation.
Bob Tuchek | President

Gail has been with RSI Logistics since 1998. Prior to joining RSI,
Gail began her rail-centric career at The Dow Chemical Company
in corporate logistics and purchasing. Gail was able to apply her
shipper perspective to the young RSI company. In doing so she
played a key role in the inception and development of what is
known as the RSInet application today.
Gail’s passion and commitment to customer service is evident with
the long-term client relationships at RSI. She takes pride in low
client turnover and feels retention is attainable through honesty and
open communication – while continuing to keep up with the ever-changing industry and offering robust solutions that fit client needs.
Gail Carlson | Director of Customer Service

Randy has over 20 years of experience working in the web
software development business. During his career, Randy has
been the project lead on software development initiatives for many
Fortune 500 companies including Ford, General Motors and Pepsi.
As the Director of IT, Randy works with clients to create customized
tools that allow access to key data points impacting innovation and
profitability.
Randy leads a service organization that is SSAE18 SOC2
compliant and takes pride in the defined Business Processes and IT controls that RSI has in place.

Adam began his RSI Logistics career over ten years ago as a
Logistics Coordinator, gaining unparalleled experience in the rail
transportation industry.
Currently working as the Director of Business Development, Adam
is able to apply his experience to craft creative solutions. His
unique career path and education allow him to fully understand
problems and realize that no single approach is right for every
issue. Adam’s passion for leading teams, executing projects, and
continuous improvement efforts foster meaningful, long-lasting relationships.

Erica DePond | Client Logistics Manager
Erica DePond began her career at RSI Logistics in 1994. Having
over 20 years' experience in the rail industry combined with ground
up, hands on growth at RSI, has catapulted her into her role today
as Client Logistics Manager.
Erica's expertise provides innovative rail-centric services and
solutions that bring high level performing results to the
organizations that RSI serves. Her many years in the industry have
positioned her for leadership and mentoring with the staff at RSI
Logistics.

Peter Duszynski | Senior Account Manager
Peter joined RSI Logistics as a Senior Account Manager in 2018. In
this role, Peter is responsible for logistics planning, rate
negotiations, invoice reconciliation, and special projects focused on
specific customer needs.
Peter contributes the perspective of 20 years' experience within the
rail industry, where his market focus included automotive,
aggregates, cement, dry and refrigerated food products, chemicals,
and steel products. Peter also spent 9 years in the scrap metal
industry, as a truck and rail shipping customer. Additionally, Peter
worked at a battery manufacturing plant, so he also knows the
factory world from the perspective of the shop floor.

Mitch Haney | Account Manager
Mitch is an Account Manager dedicated to the satisfaction of RSI's
broad customer base. As the lead point of contact for dozens of
clients, Mitch works to develop each relationship as a trusted
advisor with every client. Prior to account management, he spent
nearly three years at RSI as a Logistics Coordinator. This was all
after obtaining a bachelor's degree in supply chain management
from Central Michigan University.
This background allowed Mitch to gain extensive knowledge about
the Rail Industry in general, as well as individual railroads. His
knowledge, along with close client relationships, allows him to
understand and anticipate needs and offer training or additional
services that add value for every client.

Michael McLary | Logistics Rate Manager
Michael is the Logistics Rate Manager at RSI Logistics, Inc. In this
role, Michael leads a team providing rail freight rate services to
clients including rate analysis, rate negotiation, and rate
management.
Michael brings more than 7 years of experience in rate analysis
and negotiation and provides leadership to the Logistics Team at
RSI in many ways. Drawing on his many experiences, Michael now
focuses on enhanced service and strategic development.

Cathy McQuillin | Freight Audit Specialist
Cathy is a Freight Audit Specialist at RSI Logistics where she
reviews, disputes and approves all freight and assessorial invoices
for our Freight Audit customers. In this role, Cathy leads the Freight
Audit team in developing and improving processes to ensure all
invoices are handled as accurately and quickly as possible.
Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems,
which allows her to work closely with the IT department. Before
joining RSI Logistics in 2014, Cathy worked for 19 years for a
diverse range of organizations, including banking, manufacturing
and sales. Her varied background in inventory control, process
improvement, accounting and customer service has provided the
perfect foundation for auditing freight invoices.
PrincetonTMX Team
Tim Minnich | President
Tim is leading the expansion and improvement of the suite of
Princeton TMX solutions, making them easier to use, with even
better functionality, savings and visibility.
In 2001, Tim helped create and served as president of TransWorks,
a subsidiary of Norfolk Southern, where he launched our software
to efficiently and effectively automate transportation management
for shippers, and he has managed these solutions ever since.
Previously, Tim was chief financial officer of Triple Crown Services,
the truckload and bi-modal transportation company, which he joined
in 1989. Before that, Tim worked in accounting at North American
Van Lines, where he began his Transportation career.

Tony Davison | Director of Sales
Tony manages business development for Princeton TMX, working
with shippers in many verticals, to help them improve shipping
processes for many modes of transportation (truck, intermodal,
LTL, rail, ocean, barge, etc.) and achieve key organizational
objectives in supply chain.
Tony has 28 years of experience in the transportation industry,
including the last 18 years in sales and account management
supporting the Princeton TMX / TransWorks TMS (Transportation
Management Software).
