• “Project” Definition
The project management definition is based on the meaning of the term “project”. The definition of a project is “a unique endeavor to produce a set of deliverables within clearly specified constraints”:
1. Time,
2. Cost ,
3. Quality ,
4. S.O.W.,
5. Risk
6. Safety A project is a series of tasks, arranged in a defined sequence or relationship that
produces a pre-defined output or effect.
A project always has a start, middle and an end” (PROJECT LIFE CYCLE)

1. Have a defined timescale. Projects have a clearly specified “start “and “end” date within which the deliverables must be produced to meet a specified customer requirement.
2. Unique in Nature. They do not involve any repetitive processes. NOT A CARBON COPY
3. Have an approved budget.
4. Have limited resources. At the start of a project an agreed amount of labor, equipment and material (project material and consumables material) is allocated to the project.
5. Involve an element of risk or opportunities
6. Achieve beneficial change.

CONCLUSION:
• The implementation of a plant, in general, is a very rewarding activity and dignified, is one of the most 'beautiful activities that you can do. The Project Manager or Construction Manager is the one that you feel most gratified.
• The plant is realized as a show wonderful and exciting.
• I am still proud to have contributed my work to participate in the completion of petrochemical plants, steel mills & tube mills etc.. To ensure that the project is carried out properly we have to make a detailed analysis of constructability. We must then design the plant construction.
• In my life I have often found that in the face of big problems caused by design, only the experience of the staff of the yard has been able to solve the problem.
