• Tax-deductible donations are collected from individuals, chapters and state councils

• SHRM matches donations and covers the Foundation’s operating/overhead expenses

• Thereby, all your donations (every penny!!) stay within the Foundation and are used to fund scholarships, future-focused research, grants, and educational products

• Donated funds do not go into SHRM’s budget and are not used for lobbying or other activities outside the Foundation’s program of work
