We want Desert Mountain Club to be a fun, challenging
and rewarding place to work. Help us realize our vision
of a world-class work environment by completing the
2012 Desert Mountain Club Employee Engagement
Survey. This survey is your opportunity to help shape the
future of our firm and improve your own work
experience in the process. Your feedback will be
compiled and used to guide further positive changes
across the company.
An independent firm, Quantum Workplace, Inc. is
conducting the survey and tabulating results. Quantum
staff members will communicate the findings in a
summary report to Desert Mountain Club.Quantum does
not release your individual responses to our firm or
anyone else. Your honesty is critical and appreciated.
The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. If
possible, try to finish in one session.

This year, the Kudos Crew set out to change the Peak Per-former Program (employee recognition) with the intent on making it more meaningful and memorable for the honorees. We chose to swap out the old awards with embroidered velour beach towels during the hot months and luxurious lambswool throws in the cooler months. I would like to extend my ap-preciation to Maggie, Lauren and Chris for helping us find
the perfect merchandise and for facilitating the design, pur-chase and delivery throughout the year. Your help was inval-uable! -Tania Aleman,

Sandy
Painter, Public Relations and Communica-
tions Mgr, became a full-time employee just 6 months ago. In this short period of time, she's devoted herself to making DM one of the finest and her contributions have been tremendous. Sandy has managed to pitch our story to multiple media companies. We've appeared on radio, TV and print all over the world. Her efforts are
designed to create global awareness of
the oppor-tunity to be a mem-ber of Desert Mountain and that when you think about the most prestig-ious, multi-facility club in the world, you think Desert Mountain. She has also initiated a rede-sign of all print material to reflect the Desert Mountain brand. Her ability to upgrade our exposure and polish our look has exceeded our expectations. We are better today because of her contributions. Thank you Sandy! -Keli Greenberg, Exec Dir of HR $50
