1.summarize
1)the introduce of specification
The technical specification includes the machine’s installment, usage
and guidance note of maintenance, to help user could use the machine
more effective and safety. Meanwhile make sure the quality and effective
of production. Before starting the machine, you had better read the
instruction carefully. If you meet some problem and questions, please
contact to us.

The machine is made of pneumatic components, which has the
advantage of simple structure, easy operation and wide range of
application.
3)The installment environment requirement of the machine
The environment temperature should be between 5�~40�.
The installment place should be even and vertical.
The poisonous stive and smoke is not allowed.

2.the introduce of machine appliance
1) .Machine operating principle
Put the screwed bottle into the bottle fastening base and then clamp it.
Loosen fastening screws on fixed lifting board of cylinder.
Adjust lifting hand wheel to make capping head compress bottle cap
tightly, and then tighten the screws on the fixed lifting board of cylinder.
Open air source switch, and make the pressure gage be 0.3Kgf/cm2;
Put the bottle that does not screw down tightly under the capping head,
and tighten bottle fixed base and stamp foot valve lightly.
When the work is ending, take the screwed bottles to test whether
wring degree is fit to requirement or not. If it does not meet the
requirement, air pressure should be increased or adjust up flow switch.

3.the operation and usage of the machine
1) handling precaution
Errors and incorrect operation will result in dangerous accidents; it is
recommended that reference to various sections of this manual guidance
and recommendations to prevent accidents
The machine should be operated by professional or operating personal.
The technician who takes charge of installment, trial run, maintenance
and amendment must read and command the safety guidance of the
instruction.
If there are abnormalities on operating, one should report them
immediately.
The machine should be stopped, when there is machine fault and which
has influence on safety. The machine could be restarted, only when the
machine malfunction is eliminated.
2) the machine start
start the machine at the first time
When instalment of the machine is finished, before starting it, the gas
supply must be connected.
pneumatic connection
The machine pneumatic connection is that connect the compressed air

pipe to the gas pipe on the machine. The instalment could not be replaced
by provisional or improper pipe, because the improper is easy to be
corroded. The air pressure of the machine should set over 4kg/cm. The
gas circuit should not be reserved.
4.Trouble shoot and maintenance of the machine
Stoppage will appear in the process of using, due to the user misuse
or the setting of some parameter is wrong. The followings are common
