Flame Spread Test performed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) on the Tstud™. 90% of the Tstud™ remained in tacked after a 10 minute burn at 3500 degrees.
In all fairness to the 2x6, UL stated there would be nothing left of the 2x6 if we tested one, so am giving the 2x6 the benefit of the doubt.

vs a 2x6. Tstud™ scored a 23.72
giving it a Class A Fire Rating. 2x6 SPF
scores 80-130.
