Pursuant to Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act 1993 (“the Act”) TASMANIAN WATER AND SEWERAGE CORPORATION (NORTH-WESTERN REGION) PTY LIMITED of Level 13/100 Collins Street, Hobart Tasmania 7001 (“Cradle Mountain Water”) declares that the easement described below is taken and vested in Cradle Mountain Water under the Act for the authorised purpose of a water pipeline from Forth to Paloona.
Description of Easement
A pipeline easement in gross in terms of Memorandum of Provisions registered number M400 over the land shown as “PIPELINE EASEMENT ‘6’ VARIABLE WIDTH (3208m2)” on annexure sheet 6 of the Plan of Survey P159323 over the land described below except that the Memorandum of Provisions is amended by deleting clause 4(3) and deleting from clause 4(4) the words “except as permitted by Clause 4.(3) or as authorised by the Authority to drive, move or”.
