WBAreaComID Queries
By first converting the NHDFlowline feature class to a point feature class and then joining the flowline point feature class with the NHDArea feature class/ NHDWaterbody feature class, Queries can then be used to find <Null> or incorrect WBAreaComID’s in the NHDFlowline feature class and populate the NHDStatus table with Modify Feature Attribute records
Open Arc Toolbox

Output Feature Class:Browse to personal geodatabase, HydrographyName = flowline_to_pointSave

This check will identify artificial paths that still have a WBAreaComID of NullInvestigate to determine why they could not be calculated to a value
In this case the NHDFlowlines should be changed to Canal/DitchIf all three were not in the same area you would “Zoom to” the next record
