Triune God; Try in Union!
The mystery of God-the Trinity, three in one, is arguably the most incomprehensible one. Several attempts have turned out to be futile, but the one that stands out to come very close to explaining the mys-tery would be to have our families as the replicas of the Trinity, in terms of values that are knitted into them or at least expected of them.
God wishes that the entire human family is to be built neither in soli-tary isolation nor in self-seeking companionship, but in the potentially conflictive, yet divinely designed, possibility of fashioning families and constructing communities. Does each of our families reflect such noble character of the Trinity through our love, union, and the relationship among the members?
The vibrations that our love-filled families could send into and perme-ate the society would certainly have a paramount effect. They are sure to renew the face of the larger family of our human society, which is torn by divisive factors. Let our families become the abodes of tran-scendental values and supernatural virtues and thereby surpass all the mundane enticements. By doing so, more than we could find God being present, He will definitely find a place among us.

El misterio de Dios: la Trinidad, tres en uno, es sin duda el más in-comprensible. Varios intentos han resultado ser inútiles, pero el que se destaca muy cerca de explicar el misterio sería tener a nuestras fa-milias como las réplicas de la Trinidad, en términos de valores que están entretejidos o, al menos, esperados de ellos.
Dios desea que toda la familia humana no se construya en aislamiento solitario ni en compañía egoísta, sino en la posibilidad potencialmente conflictiva, aunque divinamente diseñada, de formar familias y cons-truir comunidades. ¿Refleja cada una de nuestras familias un carác-ter tan noble de la Trinidad a través de nuestro amor, unión y la rela-ción entre los miembros?
Las vibraciones que nuestras familias llenas de amor podrían enviar e impregnar a la sociedad ciertamente tendrían un efecto primordial. Están seguros de renovar el rostro de la familia más grande de nues-tra sociedad humana, que está desgarrada por factores de división. Dejemos que nuestras familias se conviertan en las moradas de los valores trascendentales y las virtudes sobrenaturales y, de ese modo, superen todas las tentaciones mundanas. Al hacerlo, más de lo que podríamos encontrar a Dios estando presente, Él definitivamente en-contrará un lugar entre nosotros. Padre Amal

Olive Wood Articles From Bethlehem
We are having olive wood carvings available to purchase after all masses the weekend of June 29 & 30. The proceeds are to sup-port Christian Catholic families in the Holy Land since it is the major source of income for them there. More than 75 families in Bethlehem Hand carved these items . They are very beautiful and unique items.( Nativities, Crucifixes, Rosaries, Statues.
