Triple P helps you understand the way your family works and uses the things you already think, feel, say and do in new ways that nurture relationships, parenting skills and confidence, as well as supporting your wellbeing.
Family Links Nurturing programme – A 10 week programme that aims to promote and support emotional/mental wellbeing as well as how to manage feelings and behaviour. It helps to develop relationship skills and to promote a positive relationship with your child and family members
Incredible Years - A 14 week parenting program to help you build a strong relationship with your child (3-8years) and to improve your child’s behaviour.
SOS for Parents: An appointment based service for families who require some help with issues such as
• Temper tantrums• Setting boundaries• Toilet training• Fussy eating• Sleep• Routines

Pathway to EmploymentYoung Mums Matter – A 12 week course which will offer you the opportunity to learn vital skills to manage independently and successfully as a family. Workshops cover Money Matters budgeting, benefits, borrowing and saving, Home Matters tenancy right and responsibilities, Work Matters, and Future Matters.
Skills for Success – a first-step, pre-employability programme for people aged 16-35 designed to raise aspirations and help prepare for the world of work and independent living. It will help develop basic employability skills and give them access to skilled professionals through the involvement of Barclays volunteers.
PEEP (Parents Early Education Partnership) – Courses available for babies, 1 year and school starters. The courses focus onhow you can make the most of the learning opportunities in every day life at home. PEEP supports parents and carers in their role as first educators of their children. OCN qualification can be undertaken.
Employability Courses – A range of courses delivered in partnership to build confidence and feel motivated and prepared for work. Be Confident in You, Get that Job and Next Steps Looking to the Future.
Skills for Life South Downs College – English, Maths courses provided by Skills for Life, South Downs College-for parents/carers wanting to improve their literacy & numeracy skills and to gain national qualifications equivalent to A-C GCSE, free childcare available.
Healthy LifestylesHENRY Group programme (health, exercise, nutrition for the really young) – an 8 week course for parents and carers of children up to 5 years. The course is fun and informal exploring together what makes a healthy family lifestyle and getting support to deal with some of the challenges along the way.
On a Budget? Make,Take and Bake – a 10 week course run in partnership providing information on universal credit, budgeting and healthy eating on a budget. Make and Take something to cook and eat at home!
Cook and Eat – This is a course to show parents practical cooking skills, cooking on a budget, basic food hygiene and each week you cook a dish and sit together with other course members and your children to eat your creation.
