responsibility. In particular, he has extensive background in the Chemicals and PlasticsIndustries.
Prior to joining Everingham and Kerr, he had his own Mergers and Acquisition and Management
Consulting businesses. Mr. Ward formerly served as the President of the Pennsylvania Business
Brokers Association (PPBA). He is also currently involved in many philanthropic organizations,
the Association for Corporate Growth, and several networking/leadership groups. He graduated
from Penn State University and the Executive Management Program at The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania.
Bruce T. Royal, Esquire, Senior Director
Bruce T. Royal advises clients on a diverse selection of legal matters,
including both civil litigation and criminal defense. His practice also
includes general client counseling in areas such as business, bankruptcy,
divorce, personal injury, and tax.
Mr. Royal was previously employed as a tax attorney for R.J. Reynolds
Industries, Inc. He has worked as the managing tax attorney for Marriott Corporation and as
the senior tax attorney for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. Furthermore, he
continued his career as the Tax Director for Goddick and Company, P.C. in Philadelphia. Heremains in Philadelphia as a partner in the law firm of Petriello & Royal, LLP.
He is a graduate of Penn State University, where he received a B.S. in Accounting. His law
degree was awarded by Wake Forest University. Furthermore, he received an LL.M. in Taxation
from Georgetown University Law Center.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Royal is an adjunct professor at Bucks County Community
College, Montgomery County Community College, Eastern University, and Surgent & Associates.
Jill Konrath, Senior Director
Jills passion for sales was ignited at Xerox Corporation where she was
frequently recognized for superior performance as both an account executive
and regional sales manager. She then moved into computer sales and
