TYC ECG Workshop –Learning Disabilities Nursing
Transforming Your Care (TYC) sets out the strategic direction of travel for patient and client care over the next 5 year period.
• This changing context of care delivery requires reform and
modernisation of how care needs are met and will require learning disabilities nurses and support staff to develop different skills and new ways of working.
• This workshop is an opportunity to identify the strategic direction for learning and development needs of LD nurses to meet the proposed reforms in light of TYC mindful of the value base identified in StC
