We live in a state that is changing rapidlyOur population is growing, aging and becoming more diverseThe jobs available, and skills needed to fill them are shiftingWe are a state that has depended on in-migration to meet occupational demandsBy 2035, 45% of Colorados labor force will shift due to a combination of retirements and new demands. By 2018, it is projected that nearly 70% of jobs will require some form of postsecondary education- Colorado will be 5th in the nation in postsecondary need intensity
