| About Dr. Rupert Dr. Raymond Rupert is an expert in advanced case management for clients with complex healthcare problems. He is the founder and medical director of Rupert Case Management Inc. (RCM) and Quest Health Consultancy (QHC). Since the early 1990’s, RCM has focused on case management, care co-ordination and patient advocacy. The clients at RCM have many healthcare problem(s), including: medical, surgical, mental health or addiction problems. RCM advises clients located anywhere using high impact teams and state of the art information technology solutions. QHC is a division of RCM that focusses on the healthcare needs of multigenerational families with comprehensive expertise in problem-solving and proactive preventative strategies for the best possible health and wellbeing. Families benefit from highly expert medical case management, advocacy and expedited access to the greatest minds in the medical world. QHC’s wide-ranging support has made QHC the consultancy of choice for dynamic multigenerational families, wealth managers and family offices.
