The CDR 500 is designed to be a robust core drilling stand for powerful, daily professional use on the construction site. The CDR series is attractive due to its universal operating options from the left, right, or back of the drilling stand. The feed axes are conveni-ently accessible from any position using the hand crank cross or the open-ended and ratchet ring wrench.

· The LISSMAC QUICK-LOC quick-clamping system positions and fastens automatically upon engagement of the drilling motor, simplifying mounting or replacement of core drilling motors · The LISSMAC QUICK-LOC universal mounting plate makes it easy to mount any drill motor precisely · Ergonomic, fatigue-free core drilling with the hand crank cross on the support operated from either side· The support feed is precisely controllable with 1:1 direct ratio or an additional 1:3 fine control ratio.· Precise support guiding using V sliding blocks and the stainless steel guide rails embedded in the aluminium profile column · The precise, robust sliding guide is simple and easy to adjust· The galvanised toothed rod is safety built into the aluminium profile column· The aluminium profile column can be pivoted back by up to 45° for drilling at an angle· The aluminium profile column can be moved lengthwise as needed using a clamping system· The massive drilling stand support offers high stability and, thanks to its standardised quick-clamp system, a variety of transport, handling, and fastening options for the drilling stand· Exact adjustment of the drilling stand using four leveling screws as well as vertical and horizontal spirit levels integrated into the support · The support is continuously adjustable in height using a fastening screw

Der CDR 500 ist als robuster Kernbohrständer für den kraftvollen, täglichen Profi-Einsatz am Bau ausgelegt. Die CDR-Baureihe überzeugt mit ihren universellen Bedienmöglichkeiten von der linken, rechten als auch hinteren Seite des Bohrständers. Die Vorschubachsen sind von jeder Position aus über das Handkurbelkreuz oder den Maulgabel- und Rätsche-Ringschlüssel komfortabel bedienbar.

· Das LISSMAC QUICK-LOC Schnellspannsystem positioniert und schließt beim Einklinken des Bohrmotors automatisch und vereinfacht die Montage sowie das Wechseln der Kernbohrmotoren · Auf der LISSMAC QUICK-LOC Universal-Montageplatte ist jeder Bohrmotor einfach und präzise montierbar · Ergonomisches, ermüdungsfreies Kernbohren mit dem am Support beidseitig bedienbaren Handkurbelkreuz· Über die 1:1 Direktübersetzung oder die zusätzliche 1:3 Fein-Übersetzung ist der Vorschub des Supports exakt kontrollierbar· Präzise Support Führung über V-Gleitsteine und die in der ALU-Profilsäule eingearbeitete INOx-Führungsschienen · Die präzise und robuste Gleitführung ist einfach und schnell nachstellbar· Die verzinkte Zahnstange ist geschützt in der ALU-Profil- säule eingelassen· Die ALU-Profilsäule kann für Winkelbohrungen bis zu 45° nach hinten geschwenkt werden· Die ALU-Profilsäule ist durch ein Spannzangen-System individuell in der Länge verschiebbar· Die massive Bohrständerstütze bietet hohe Stabilität und über ihr standardisiertes Schnellspann-System vielfältige Transport-, Handling- und Befestigungsmöglichkeiten des Bohrständers· Genaues justieren des Bohrständers über vier Nivellier- schrauben sowie die im Support integrierte vertikale und horizontale Wasserlibelle · Der Support ist in der Höhe stufenlos über eine Feststell- schraube arretierbar
