Not only are members vetted on application, they are continually monitored to meet the high standards demanded. Vetting comprises of a detailed documentary and �nancial review. On being accepted, members agree to abide by the Code of Practice and conditions of member-ship.

DSA is keenly involved with industry standards, training and health and safety, to promote a safe working practice and information sheets on topics relevant to our sector. The National Specialist Contractors Council assists in this support with a variety of advice helplines. Training and developmentDSA are the National provider of the Appren-ticeship Scheme for Drilling & Sawing, where candidates undertake a two-year training program as part of the Quali�cations Curricu-lum Framework. The association have access to government funding for delivery of the appren-ticeship and NVQ diploma’s. On o�er to the members are a variety of industry related courses to promote safe working practices

DSA Mission StatementThe DSA’s mission is to promote the work of professional drilling and sawing contractors by highlighting the many advantages of cutting concrete with diamond tools, which include precision cutting within the shortest time scale, reduced noise, dust and debris and mainte-nance of structural integrity.
