Step 7

There are two small screws located in front of the two wheels which will also need removing.

Once all four of these screws have been removed the cover should lift off.

Please visit www.servicelink.org.uk for other helpful advice, manuals & self help guides

Step 8

Check the drive belt is located on both pulleys (next to the blade and under the front cover)

If the belt has come off, stretch it back over both pulleys.

If the belt is damaged it will need replacing.

Step 9

Replace both covers by following the above instructions.

The front cover requires 4 x screws.

The belt guard requires 3 x screws.

Step 10

Replace the blade using the torque wrench to ensure it is tightened to the correct nM rating.

Replace the spark plug lead once all steps are complete and test the lawnmower on a small patch of lawn.

NOTE: If the belt repeatedly comes adrift, this is normally a sign the belt is worn or damaged and should be replaced. Whenever ordering spares always
