Millitrack® software is an embedded GUI (graphical user interface) application that generates Milli-Q® or Elix® system web pages through a point-to-point computer or Ethernet network connection.

Millitrack® software allows a lab user to have real–time remote access to Milli-Q® and Elix® web pages providing information about water purification system status, configuration, instant quality parameters, settings, identification and the system Dashboard.

A lab user can also download or view data through their Internet browser for rapid monitoring of his water purification system.

SAVING & PRINTING MONITORING DATA

Up to 5 tabs of detailed information are available for printing or saving records, such as Instant Quality andAdvanced Parameters, History, System Configuration and Identification, Setup.

System data are available in XML format, allowing direct connection or archiving into a lab data management system such as LIMS, ELN, SDMS/ECM. Millitrack® software does not comply to 21 CFR PART 11.

REAL-TIME DASHBOARD

A real-time and remote monitoring dashboard allows the lab user to instantaneously visualize Milli-Q® and Elix® system operation status, purification steps, and instant quality parameters such as Resistivity, Temperature, TOC, Pressure, etc.Consumables status, Reverse Osmosis recovery, Tank filling and UV lamp status are also available on-line for assessing water purification quality.

•Desktop or laptop computer connected point-to-point through its Ethernet card•Direct LAN network plug (fixed IP or DHCP) connection

Network address is configurable according to LAN type through the Settings menu where IP Address, Subnet mask and Default gateway can be customized.
