Using B2B services over the internet

!  Technical: •  Web server shall be authenticated, data shall not be

corrupted, (potentially) data shall remain confidential •  Need of a security operation center (to monitor and alert

in case of security incident) !  Contractual: • Need to put in place a security management system (information like policies and audits accessible to users)

• Commitment to internet service and B2B service availability (minimum: information about the real time status and escalation procedures)
