Post BankruptcyCredit AssuranceCreditors do not always report a bankruptcy discharge to the national credit bureaus. With minimal effort, help clients identify and resolve problems proactively with Credit Assurance.

Credit Assurance includes:

A 3-Bureau Credit Report delivered to your client 45 days after a Chapter 7 discharge or Chapter 13 confirmation

Dedicated credit advocates to handle any disputes

12 months of credit monitoring protection

How it works:

Order before, or within 180 days after the case is filed.

A Credit Assurance Report is generated 45 days after the confirmation or discharge.

A letter is sent to your client by email and mail notifying them that the Report is ready to view online (or by mail on request).

Your client reviews the Report for any liabilities that should have been removed and are able to submit any issues through their myhorizontoday.com account, or through the mail.

A CIN credit advocate disputes the data with the relevant national credit bureaus on your client’s behalf. The credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate and respond.

Once complete, a CIN credit advocate mails the credit bureaus’ investigation results to your client.
