mad e out o f Natural rubber and Synthetic rubb er,

are available in varying colours, thicknesses &

widths. The DURO MAXX range ca n be supplied

with our special bo nding layer. When used in

dynam ic and impact applications, we recommend

customers to use our products with the bond ing

layer since it provides a h igher bond streng th

betw een the rubber and the steel surface due to its

unique formulation.

The DURO MAXX range of rubber sheets are

designed t o provide w ear protection an d a re used

in the follow ing applicat ions:

Chute & Hopper Lining:To protect meta l from

wea r and suppress noise a nd vibration.

Pulley Lagging:To enha nce traction betw een

the d rive pulley and the b elts, and thereby

reduce slippage in pulleys. With the use o f high

q ualit compound s and our design profiles, our

rubber lagg ing provides superlative

performance.

Scraper:To eliminat e ma terial build up on

conveyor, our special

Skirt Rubber

COMBI Scraper rubber is

excellent for wet cleaning of belts at discharge

end of the conveyor.

To prevent slippag e o f ma terial

along t he length of t he Conveyor and prevent

da mag e to the conveyor belt due to scouring o f

covers

Pipe Lining: For wet slurries conveying a brasive

materials.

Deck Lining and Flooring: Used t o line dumper

truck beds to provide outstan ding impact

protection and thereby enhance dumper bed

life.

Flooring applicat ions include for industrial, eq uine and ag ricultural use.

Over the years, Oriental has developed several wea r rubber compounds

which have proven to excel in the field. Our expertise in comp ound ing

and processing technolog y have resulted in customer specific solutions.

Widths : 1400 mm for all coloured sheets: all thicknesses

1400 mm fo r Blacksheets: all thicknesses

2000 mm for Black sheets > 10mm thick

(other widths on customer req uest are possible)

Thickness : 1.5 mm t o 50 mm

Roll Length : 5 M /10 M standard.(Long er rolls on customer req uest are possible)

Bonding layer : With or without bonding layer possible

Dual Property : ORIENTAL offers Heat + Fire Resistant, Fire + OilResistant,

Heat + Oil Resistant DURO MAXX sheets for specificapplications on request.
