c) Rohan has created a presentation. Now he wants to upload this presentation on Internet. How should hesave his presentation for this purpose? Write the steps to do the same.

d) Mohit wants to copy cells A3:A15 to cells K3:K15 in a spreadsheet. When he tries to do so, the blankcells of A3:A15 replace the data of cells K3:K15. Write steps that Mohit should follow so that the cellsare moved but the blank cells do not replace the data of cells K3:K15.

4. Answer any one of the following question in about 100-150 words : 4a) Observe the following document and answer the questions that follow:

(i) Many of the words in this document are underlined by red wavy lines. What does it signify? Howwill you remove these lines? Write the steps.

(ii) Write steps to change the font of first paragraph to ‘Arial Narrow’.(iii) Write steps to set the line spacing 2 for the whole document.

b) A data source with the name DS.mdb contains the fields Title, Name, Designation, and Organization.It is required to send a letter to first 5 persons whose data exists in this data source. (ii) Write steps to calculate each student’s percentage of marks assuming that the marks are out of 15in each subject. Percentage of marks should appear in column G.

(iii) Write steps to create a column chart to represent each student’s marks in different subjects.

b) Mohit has created a PowerPoint presentation on global warming. To finalise the presentation, he wants todo the following tasks:

(i) Interchange slides numbered 6 and 24.

(ii) Hide slide number 15.

(iii) Add a new title slide in the beginning of the presentation.
