For our international headquarters in Ecublens Switzerland to join the Group Marketing Team, we are currently looking to hire a person for the position of: E-commerce Project Manager (Business) Responsibilities Support & drive the implementation of an e-commerce solution from a business perspective in collaboration with the existing team. Responsible for the e-commerce project management from the business perspective Leverage expert-level knowledge of digital B2B to reshape the customers’ experience. Define the related digital platform functionalities (UX & UI), together with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & IS. Collect, consolidate and prioritise the business requirements into the definition and follow-up of the project roadmap. Collaborate with IS team to evaluate, select and develop a digital platform. Contribute to the organisation of goods, information & financial flows from an e-commerce perspective. Contribute to the associated projects. (corporate website, e-commerce, social network, apps …) Ensure the continuous improvement of the future digital platform to serve the business growth. Manage data analytics (SEO tools) to support the international digital marketing campaigns on Google Adwords (display ad) and the visibility of the online store and website. Profile Bachelor’s degree, with 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing business or electronic distribution. Proven track record in e-commerce implementation within a global company (in B2B) and its associated project management. Self-starter, with strong communication skills, team player with the ability to collaborate and influence teams across businesses, functions and geographies, without direct authority.
