El curso E LEAN consiste en la formación para la aplicación del sistema tubular en las diferentes fases o procesos productivos así como en el almacén de fábrica. Destinado a todas aquellas personas que estén involucradas en la mejora continua, desde los propios operarios hasta los directores de producción o logística. El curso tiene dos fases: teórica o como “pensar“ en la mejora continua y como aplicar el sistema tubular, y práctica o como realizar y fabricar las ideas logradas en la primera fase. El curso finaliza con un caso práctico donde idearemos, diseñaremos y montaremos una estructura tubular.

TEÓRICA:• Identificación y aprendizaje de las distintas referencias y accesorios del sistema.• Aplicación de las referencias y accesorios al sistema, diferentes opciones.• Empleo del sistema tubular en puestos de trabajo, proceso productivo, almacén.• Como “pensar” en Lean Manufacturing y su aplicación al sistema tubular.• Identificación de los puntos a mejorar en planta. PRÁCTICA:• Normas de diseño: cargas máximas, flexiones, capacidad de almacenaje.• Medidas exteriores y medidas interiores, tipos de tubo según su espesor.• Como diseñar una estructura: guía de diseño.• Ergonomía: diseño de las estructuras según las normas de ergonomía.• Lista de corte: confección de lista de corte para evitar desperdicios en el sistema.• Diseño en 3D de una estructura (Solid Works).• Corte y montaje de la estructura diseñada.

E LEAN training course consists on the implementation of our tube system in the different stages and places of the production process in the factory as well as in the warehouse. This course is destined to the people involved in continuous improvement, from the operators to the production and logistics managers.The E LEAN course has two phases: theoretical, how to think of continuous improvement and how to apply the tube system in the whole production process and logistics. The second phase is practical, the best way to implement the ideas achieved in the theoretical phase. The course ends with the design, cutting and assembly of the structure. Eurolean will send all the tubes, joints and necessary accessories for the assembly.

THEORETICAL:• Identification and learning of the different references and system accessories.• Different applications of references and accessories to the system.• Use of the tubular system in work places, production process and warehouse.• How to “think” Lean Manufacturing and its application to the tubular system.• Identification of areas for improvement in plant.

PRACTICE:• Design standards: maximum loads, pushups, storage capacity.• External and internal dimensions, tube types according to their thickness.• How to design a structure: design guide.• Ergonomics: design of structures according to ergonomic standards.• List of cut: making cutting list to avoid waste in the system.• 3D design of a structure (Solid Works).• Cutting and assembly of the structure designed.

E LEAN COURSE DURATION:• From 8 to 10 h depending on the number of attendees.
