BLUE. Everyones best guess is that BLUE is a Catahoula Leop/Australian Shepherd Mix. Hes neutered, current on all his sh- the Vet in Rawlins guessed his age to be about 4, and Im guesing hes about 70 pounds. Hes VERY happy here in his nesurroundings and behaving like the perfect house guesHe took to my two dogs (females) immediately and lovto play with them, but at the same time, is always gentl

and respectful of them. Hes also very affectionate to mhusband and me. Blue comes when hes called, listensto you when you talk to him, and knows his SIT, DOWNand STAY commands. He loves to ride in the car and will juin as soon as the door opens up. I can already say with completassurance that hes housebroken. Havent heard him make a sosince he got here; no barking, no whining. Sleeps until YOU geout of bed (course Im up early, so that might not be sayin muc

ROSCOE is a neat little dog who looks too much like a Pit forsake- although we do not think he has any Pit in him! This opinion is supported by several vets and dog enthusiasts who agreeRoscoe came from a hoarding situation. We believe he is SharPei, Beagle, and Chow mix! He is very sweet, LOVES peopgoofy as all get out, and is starting to learn some man-ners. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. NIKKO came to Metro as a stray on November 26th, 2011, sohes been in the shelter a very, very long time. Hes a beful brindle year and a half old Pit Bull mix, who is very smart anhas a lot of personality. He knows basic commands. He has bee

neutered and fully vaccinated. He gets along with other dogs atMetro but we believe that he can become a bit of an alpha malea home situation, so should be either an only dog or with a femcompanion. He loves treats and walks well on a leash. Hloves all people. Behavior with cats is unknown.

SPURis a male Blue Heeler around 5 or 6 years old. He is agood boy that who will come when called and sit by youside. He is a smart fella who should be easy to train. Ruhis belly as a reward and he will whine in delight! He dpretty good with other dogs as long as they are not too hyper. Sdoes not care for cats. It does take him a little bit to warm up toso probably best in a home with older children.
