    UPDATES

These muscles are located on the top of the head and as a result of this disease, they atrophy awaIn some cases with this disease, the affected dog is very painful and can get to the point where hunable to open his mouth or chew. However, this does not occur in many cases. The only sign thBarley exhibits is atrophy of the muscles on top of his head. He has no difculty opening his mouor eating. It is likely that he will not have any additional problems. Barley didnt have a very golife before he came to us in fact he was terried of people and expected abuse for quite a whilefore he realized he was safe and loved here. He needs some training because he was negleed early in life, but he is very loving, willing to learn and eager to please so will ada

well to a good home. Because of his condition, Barley qualies for half price adoptifee.

    2. CUDDLES is a very high energy twenty-two-month-oldmixed breed -- possibly Pit Bull with Border Collie. She has tonsof play drive and will do anything for a toy or treat. She enjoys afast game of fetch and keep-away. This is a dog that would needto be with someone with a background in dogs and dog training. She can be a very sweet dog and has a lot of potential given theproper training, but will take over and run things her way if theperson is not a leader and doesnt demand respect. She seems ea-ger to please people and once you have her full attention and re-spect, she listens rather well. She would make a great high-energyadventuring companion and must have an active lifestyle. She isnot good with other animals and should be the only pet.

She should only be around older children due to her ac-tive personality. As a long-term resident, Cuddles quali-es for half price adoption fee.
