We are invested in your success We know that returning to school can feel overwhelming. That’s why our staff is on hand to work with you to accomplish your goals. We begin with a free comprehensive evaluation of your transcripts and provide aca-demic advising. We will also help you as you navigate financial aid and course registration. As an adult student you are return-ing to the learning environment with a wealth of personal and social experi-ence. In the ASPIRE Degree- Completion Program you are a scholar-practitioner, and you will benefit from our student-centered learning model. When engaging new information you will be encouraged to draw upon your life experience and to think critically about how you can apply what you are learning in class to real-life situations. As a student, you will be supported by a team of faculty and staff who know and care about you personally. This is a learning environment focused on helping you accomplish your goal of earning a bachelor’s degree. what is asPire?The Simpson University ASPIRE Degree-Completion Program is designed for working adults. It allows students to complete a bachelor’s degree in 16 months. ASPIRE offers courses in two formats: evenings and weekends. The Organizational Leadership classes are also offered online.

B.a. in PsychologyA psychology degree will provide you an essential understanding of human behavior and social processes. With a strong foundation in the theory and science of human behavior and development, you’ll be well-prepared for your career or for graduate school.

B.a. in Business & human resources managementYou will learn the dynamics of interactions between organizations and people, and how to manage those dynamics to successfully lead, motivate, and manage a professional organization’s resources.

r.n – B.s.n. trackStrengthen your understanding of the practical theory of nursing, the economics of healthcare, health assessment, and the skills critical to today’s nursing environment while preparing yourself for leadership positions and earning your public health certificate.

B.a. in liBeral studiesThis program is a structured combination of the arts, physical sciences, social sciences, and humanities, emphasizing breadth of study. The broad-based, interdisciplinary nature of Liberal Studies provides you with communication and analytical skills needed in a wide variety of careers and occupations. This major is excellent preparation not only for teaching, but also for graduate work, law school, and employment in business and government.

B.a. in organizational leadershiPWith a strong foundation in strategic leadership theories, skills, techniques, and real-world applications, you will enhance your individual effectiveness in leadership positions and develop into a leader who inspires others. The skills you gain are adaptable to a variety of careers in areas such as human resources, project management, or other supervisory positions.

healthcare management certificateWith 3.5 million new jobs projected over the next 10 years, the healthcare industry offers a dynamic opportunity for career growth. You can earn your certificate in Healthcare Management online as a stand-alone certificate or enhance your competitive job skills by adding the certificate in Healthcare Management to any ASPIRE bachelor’s-degree program.

Schedule: How classes workASPIRE’S UnIqUE class structure is designed to accommodate the schedules of busy adults like you. Each class meets for five weeks in one of our convenient formats: one night a week from 6–10 p.m., every other Saturday, or online. You will take one class at a time with each class designed to build on the knowledge gained in the previous class. In this way, you’ll move through your program in a step-by-step, structured schedule that allows you to focus your full attention on the material you need to know in your chosen field. It’s a process that optimizes learning, leading to stronger retention of the knowledge and tools you need to compete in the marketplace.
