The base of the BECO MAXXIM is formed by the chassis with a very high torsional stiffness. Characteristic for this are among others the fully closed structures, the double executed chassis beams at the tandem versions, the box profiles at the tridem versions, the compact stepless adjustable drawbar with high ground clearance.The narrow design of chassis and draw bar provides a large steering angle and maximum manoeuvrability of tractor and your BECO MAXXIM. The unique design of the BECO oscilla-ting beam tandem and Tridec axle suspension ensure maximum (lateral) stability and minimal required traction. Besides professional construction BPW axles guarantee a long lifetime and maximum performance under all conditions.

Chassis The best base for maximum performance
Oversized profiled cylinder table
The base for the high forces of thecylinder is the cylinder support with a large width. The large dimensi-ons and profiled design have ahigh resistance to torsion. The for-ces are distributed to main frame by a large length of weldings.

Box construction design
The main frame beams of the MAXXIM 140-260 have a complete closed construction from cylin-der support to the pivots at the rear side. The main beams of the MAXXIM 280-360 are manufactu-red of box beams. These designs apply high stability.

Cradle mounting oftelescopic cylinder
The telescopic cylinder is mounted by a cradle to the chassis. This avoids lateral forces to the cylinder components and provides maxi-mum durability.

Fully completedweldings

Heavy Duty towbar(optional)
Towbar at rear side of the chassisis standard. The rear beam is connected by additional bars to the main beams of the chassis. The optional available heavy duty towbar makes it possibble to tow heavy loads in heavy conditions.

Main shaft with eccentric position
By positioning the main shaft in an eccentric position, the oscillating beam tandem tends to be pulled uphill. This results in reduction of the required pulling force substan-tially.

Standard Tridec
The collaboration of BECO and Tridec during the research, deve-lopment and design of this uni-que concept makes us the most experienced manufacturer with the Tridec system.
Unique concept
The Tridec system contains an axle mounting by triangle com-bined with hydraulic suspension cylinders. The horizontal panhard rod positions the axle horizontally.
Maintenance poorbearings
All joints of the system (triangle, suspension cylinders and panhard rod) are equipped with maintenan-ce poor bearings. This provides minimum maintenance costs and maximum lifetime.

Integrated drawbarsuspension
The into the chassis integrated drawbar suspension provides maximum driving comfort. The position of the rubber joint avoids damage and wear of the rubber by weather, stones etc.
Hydraulic supportwith pivotable base plate
Even in heavy conditions and even with full load the hydraulic support, with pivotable base plate, provides safe and secure positioning, even when fully loaded.
Box design
The design of the drawbar provi-des closed top and side sections. By lifting the support the bottom section is also closed during operation. This avoids penetration of sand, earth, dirt etc. into the drawbar.
Full steplessadjustment of height
The height of the drawbar can be easily and fully stepless adjusted by three spindles for optimizing the alignment to the tractor.
STC:Smart Traction Concept
Wide horizontal pivot (340 mm) with play-free assembly to the front of the chassis. STC ensures per-fect “routing” of the pulling forces from the drawbar to chassis and improves the manoeuvrability and reduces the pulling forces even in heavy conditions.

Steering Maximum manoeuvrability
Command cylinder(s)at safe position
The position of the command cylinder(s) prevents damages from rear wheels of the tractor during sharp turning and/or during driving through rough terrain conditions.
Play free leveller
The play free leveller connects the command rod to the command cy-linder. The exchangeable bushings and the adjustment of the main joint ensure play free operation and easy maintenance.
No accumulators
Safety valves secure the steering system from overload. This means the transmission from command-bar(s) to the steering cylinder(s) is rigid and ensures perfect steering characteristics even in very heavy conditions and at every speed.
Maximummanoeuvrability
The large steering angle of the wheels and the narrow design of the drawbar provide maximum manoeuvrability of the tractor.
Steering for MAXXIM 140-260 (optional)
The oscillating beam tandem of the MAXXIM 140-260 can optio-nally be equipped with a steering system on the rear axle.
Easy alignment
For alignment of the steering axles the steering system is equipped with (a) handpump(s). Optional this can be by means of E-control.

Body & tailgateMaximum load capacity, minimal wearWith the BECO MAXXIM we introduced being the first Dutch manufacturer an entirely smoothly finished body without so-called struts and/or cross braces. By minimizing the number of welds, positioned in the transverse direction in bottom and side, the stress in the plate material of the BECO MAXXIM is minimal and the chance of irregularities in the sheet material is reduced substantially. This in combination with the bevelled corners at bottom as well as at front side and the tapered configuration guarantee perfect unloading properties. The fully welded welding joints, the wear-resistant material (400HB) and the ge-nerously dimensioned heavy duty hinges guarantee a long lifetime and minimal maintenance costs.

Bolt-on fenders
A heavy duty frame, on which the fenders are mounted, ensures the strenght of the fenders in even heavy applications where stones, debris etc. fall on the fenders. The stainless steel bolts provide easy (dis)assembly even after years of use.
Sharp edges forsealing the tailgate
The extended bottom and side sections of the body ensure a perfect sealing of the tailgate in closed position. Sand, mud, stones between the tailgate and these sharp edges will be easily removed by closing the tailgate.
Wear resistant steel:400HB
The complete body has been manufactured from 6 mm wear resistant steel with a hardness of 400HB. This high quality steel pro-vides high resistance to wear.

Profiled cylinder support
The oversized cylinder support provides high resistance to torsion. This design secures maximum sta-bility of the body. Even unloading of heavy loads and/ or unloading in heavy conditions are/is not a problem.

Heavy Duty joints
The large diameter and the heavy duty locking of the pins provide high stability and safety during unloading and minimize the wear.
Bolt-on headboard
In case of repairs the bolt-on head-board can be easily disassembled from and assembled to the body.
Bevelled corners
All corners between bottom secti-on, sidewall and front section are bevelled so the risk of sticky mate-rials during unloading is minimized and quick unloading is as much as possible secured.

Maximized closing force
During closing the tailgate is operated by the bottom side of the cylinders (push) and during opening by the rod side of cylin-ders (pull). This ensures maximum closing force and perfect sealing of the tailgate.

The large distance from joint to tailgate provides a large unloading gate and offers the possibility to apply body extensions.

Halfpipe design
The halfpipe shape provides maximum sliding of material during unloading. This makes the halfpipe design the best-in-class solution for very sticky materials.
Bevelled corners
The bevelled corners between the front section and the tube minimize sticking of material and maximi-ze safe and quick working when unloading.
Integrated rear lights
By tipping of the body the rear-lights are also moving. This together with the body integrated design secure the rear lights being damaged by the material flowing out of the the body.
Rock body
The halfpipe is the perfect solution for applications where ultra high strength is required. An example is the transport of heavy rockets and/or stones.
