Determine if a shared cost approach (LID or other) would beacceptable to study-area businesses and property owners.

As funding allows, adopt the recommended projects into theCitys Six-Year Transportation Program 2008 amendment.

Add all unfunded capital projects to the 2008Comprehensive Plan/Transportation Element/Project list.
