• Match graduate’s qualifications, skills and experience to specific needs of employer’s for a placement opportunity that benefits both

• Graduates will undertake a short 3-12 month project, to create long-term ‘added value’ for the business

• Free recruitment service - business provides job spec, job advertised through ‘Adopt an Intern’ website and social media, business gets 3-5 candidates to take to interview

• Payroll and employer services available via Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire if you do not want to take intern on through your books

• Business would need to have appropriate Employers Liability Insurance, Health and Safety policies etc.
