Workshop Purpose:
To enable Center directors to collectively roll out the ETBHN Strategic Plan to senior staff and cascade a change management model to facilitate the implementation of the plan.
Our Objectives
• Understand current challenges underlying plan
• Work collaboratively together• Develop implementation suggestions• Employ common change management model• Identify change leader competencies• Craft a compelling change message

• Share ideas, network, collaborate with peers• Learn about the Strategic Plan and its
implementation• Learn about change leadership models and
tools• Learn more about ETBHN• Recognize the need for change and commit to
collaboration
