Easter Blessings! Christ is Risen, Alleluia, let us CELEBRATE!! Easter is certainly worth celebrating, as it is the greatest feast in the Chris-tian calendar. Yes, it marks the end of our 40 day Lenten journey of fast-ing, prayer, and almsgiving. Easter celebrates the resurrection of Christ and that He can truly conquer all things. In that spirit, we too can conquer all things that are put in our path. As long as we keep our faith in Christ, our hearts will be full of joy and hope! I encourage you all to keep those Lenten fasts in mind. Christ wants us to take leave of some of our worldly things and look more toward Him. As long as we are celebrating, I would again like to congratulate Jared Pip-er and Nancy Hostetter for being received into the Catholic Church last weekend as well as Christina Opp and Jasmine Duran for receiving the sacrament of Confirmation. Next weekend, April 3rd, we will celebrate the sacrament of First Holy Communion for 42 students in our school and faith formation programs. On April 25th, we will celebrate the sacrament of Con-firmation for 51 students from our parish. Bishop Kagan will be here to celebrate Mass with us that evening. I ask you to please keep all of these people in our prayers. Have a blessed Easter Season! Fr. Campbell
