Easy tips and tricks to prevent mindlessly eating
1] The earliest bite you take while eating anything is always the
best so just cut the portions. Say no to bread.
2] Find out are you really hungry when you eat? If you’re not
hungry but decide to eat anyhow. Keep saying repetitively “I’m
not hungry so I’m not going to eat this anyway!”
3] Always try adding 30% more veggies to your plate and take
away 10% of the entree. Try making 1/2 of your plate filled
with veggies. Scientifically proved that eating veggies and salad
with every meal actually helps you to feel full.
4] Try serving yourself in the kitchen and eat in another room.
With snacks always pour or put the snack into something.
Otherwise, the hand always reaches into that packet.
5] We usually eat 90% of what we serve up ourselves.
Apparently, we aren’t serving on the basis of hunger. We’re
judging by our plates. Use smaller plates, dishes and glasses.
6] By scientific research it’s proved that its take 20 minutes to
digest and become conscious the affects of the food you ate.
Thus, you keep eating when you are actually not hungry. Try
pacing yourself with the slowest eater at the table. Keep your
fork down after every bite. And try starting last and finishing
last.

7] If you eat while you work or read or watch TV, or do
something along with eating, you’re going to eat extra. Taste
every bite of your food.
8] Avoid unhealthy stuff totally. Many times people, think they
are eating healthy, will get a soda, cookie and chips for a
change. The extra calories will add up to your diet and before
you know it, you’re ‘healthy’ meal will results in an unhealthy
one.
9] Consistency is the key to weight loss and staying healthy.
Target 3 things: Eating right, exercise, and doing those two
things again and again.
