Children should give due
respect to elders.

Start the day with a smile. Also ask
the unwell part of the body to smile.

11. EAT TO LIVE
We should not eat just for taste.
Eat slowly. Take about 25 minutes to eat food.
It would be digested well , will take just 5
minutes in toilet.
If we take 5 minutes to have meals we may

the farthest, other jobs can be
done as you drive homewards.
By mid December prepare wall
chart indicating important dates,
premium payment, license fee,
birthdays, anniversary, festivals,
social events and other time bound
assignments.
Display such wall charts near
dining table and lobby where we
spend good time. This keeps
important tasks under close watch,
we do not miss them and make
payments late with hefty delay
charges.
18. LIVE 365 DAYS A YEAR
Help, serve others to maximum extent. ‘Blessed are those
who can give without remembering and take without
forgetting.
Person who cannot find an hour for daily exercise/Yoga will
get lot of time later to visit hospitals and doctors
Road to good health does not start from pharmacy; it starts
from your kitchen.
We all have enough things, clothes, shoes, toys, books, bags
at home, more than what we actually need. Gift away
articles that have not been used since last 2 years and not
likely to be used for next 6 months , to the needy. Triple
benefits. We get blessings from the person who gets such
articles. We are saved the botheration of care and
maintenance otherwise also unused articles deteriorate and
lose their value after a few years.
Social service. We have got a lot from the society. Serve
society as a gesture of gratitude.
Thought Power. A person can become what he thinks.
Watch your thoughts as they become words. Watch the
words as they become actions. Watch actions as they
become habit, Watch habits as they become character.
Watch your character as it becomes destiny. Let
negative thoughts never enter your mind, only positive
healthy thoughts.
Repair relations. We have strained relations with some
persons. We do not meet them, talk to them. It builds
stress for both us and others. Gradually repair broken
relations. Not very difficult. Our life span is very short,
not to be wasted in useless jhagras.
