We should not eat just for taste.

Eat slowly. Take about 25 minutes to eat food.

It would be digested well , will take just 5

minutes in toilet.

If we take 5 minutes to have meals we may

end up in spending 25 minutes in toilet and get

constipation, piles and hernia.
