The problem with most people is that, they want to eat as much burgers and then run down the gym and expect to kill the calories immediately, the other group avoids it altogether only to realize that you are getting fat anyway. Everybody loves sweet food and the idea that you can’t eat your favorite burger when you need because you are afraid of gaining weight is so sad to many. So what if I told you that you can eat fast food without gaining weight? The problem with most people is that, they want to eat as much burgers and then run down the gym and expect to kill the calories immediately, the other group avoids it altogether only to realize that you are getting fat anyway. Well don’t think it’s a magic formula I’m talking about, let’s talk about self-respect and discipline and how can this translate to results.

1. Eat when hungry

Your burger might be the sweetest thing you love to chew, that does not mean you have to eat them anytime you come across a fast food chain, just have it when you are hungry and need to eat, eat what feels enough and leave, or risk becoming an obesity victim.

2. Never buy burgers or any fast food and store in your fridge

The point here is that, those burgers in your fridge becomes your first choice whenever you want something to eat, so avoid it. Rather have fruits and vegetables in your fridge. If you need a burger, walk and buy one. I’m sure you won’t do that frequently and you will be helping yourself by making your burger trips less frequent.

3. Cook your fast food personally

Cooking a nice burger like the one you catch down your favorite chain is not as easy as you may think. So cooking by yourself will take time and you won’t have that much time to do it frequently, that will leave you with time for that like once or two times a week at most. By this Balanced diet, you might have greatly reduced your daily intake

of calories and obesity.

4. Know what you are eating

Fast food nutrition is not healthy and should not be relied on. If you eat at fast food restaurants every lunch, then you are at risk. If you are busy and you don’t have time to cook, then you should know what to eat and not go along with what you see. Sometimes ask for a customized burger. Always remember the traditional rule of three plus water, a balanced diet, and know that fast food restaurants don’t have this in their head, theirs is business, and you have your health to look after, so be careful.

5. Exercise

And by this, I don’t mean you have to become a bodybuilder. There are professionals who will tell you what suits you, how to exercise and how frequently you should. So don’t go buy a whole gym and install in your basement, and sleep there lifting metals, remember it’s an art, you have to know how to do it the right way otherwise you will be embarrassed to realize that you are in fact gaining weight, so get professional help on this.

You can choose the easy way and use therapies or undergo medical procedures that will slim you out in rocket speed, but you obviously know the consequences with that, being natural and taking normal and simple steps works. This requires your commitment. It’s your body, your health. So nobody is going to do it for you. Respect your body.

Staying healthy is a personal choice. But remember you don't have to be slim to be healthy, know your body and don't fall for the brainwash, you are beautiful/handsome if you feel OK. Like I said, respect your body.
