Each market is open for a few hours at the same time and place each week. You’ll fi nd delicious and nutritious fruits, vegetables, bread, eggs, fi sh, meat, and much more.

Can I afford fresh fruits & VegGies? Yes! Fresh fruits and vegetables can be aff ordable, especially when they’re in season and abundant. Produce purchased at the farmers market is often less expensive than produce found at conventional grocery stores and supermarkets. � e nutritional value is often greater, as our fruits and vegeta-bles are harvested shortly before the farmers market, rather than sitting in a truck or on a shelf for long periods of time.

How do I use ebt at the farmers market?Just bring your EBT card with you when you shop at the farmers market and visit the information booth for assistance. We’ll swipe your EBT card for the amount you wish and give you EBT tokens for that amount. � en you’re free to shop for any of the EBT/SNAP eligible foods at one of the farmers markets listed on the back of this brochure.

Why Buy Local?Buying local from your farmers market means you are supporting regional farmers and food purveyors, which strengthens the local economy, reduces the environmental impact of transporting food long distances, and allows customers to meet their farmers and to learn the story of where and how their food was grown.

CÁCH DÙNG THỂ THỰC PHẨM?Cứ mang theo thẻ mua thực phẩm EBT xin hãy ghé bàn � ông Tin của Chợ Trời và sẽ được hướng dẫn. Bạn sẽ được cấp cho Token (tiền của chợ) trị gía bằng tiền bạn đổi lấy qua thẻ mua thực phẩm. Sau đó bạn tự do mua đồ ăn tại chợ trời có ghi ở đằng sau của tờ giấy quảng cáo này.

¿Puedo Permitirme comprar Frutas y verduras frescas? ¡Sí! Las frutas y verdura pueden ser comprables, especialmente cuando son de temporada y abundantes. Frutas y verdura comprado en el mercado de los granjeros a menudo cuestan menos que el mismo producto en los colmados y supermercados.
