Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water for 15 min., if irritation or redness persists, seek medical attention immediately.

Skin: Wash affected area off immediately. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Inhalation: Remove victim from area and seek fresh air. If cough or respiratory symptoms develop, seek medical attention immediately.

Ingestion: If victim is conscious, induce vomiting. Give copious amounts of water, contact a physician immediately.

Acute Symptoms of Overexposure:

Eye ContactMay cause eye irritation. Skin Contact - Slight skin irritation might occur. Inhalation - Breathing mist will cause coughing and irritation of nose and throat. Ingestion - May cause burns to mouth and throat, abdominal pain, diarrhea and dizziness.

Decomposition: Thermal decomposition can produce noxious chlorine-containing gases.

Spill Procedures:

Soak up into inert absorbent material. DO NOT use sawdust or other organic materials. Collect for disposal in plastic recovery drum. Flush residue with plenty of water to treatment.

Waste Disposal Procedures:

Do not discharge into sewers or waterways. Dispose of in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.

SECTION VIII-SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION Respiratory: NIOSH approved respirator should be used if the PEL/TLV is exceeded in section II. For large spills, entry into large tanks, vessels or

enclosed small spaces with inadequate ventilation, a pressure demand, self-contained breathing apparatus is recommended.

Eyes: Wear chemical safety glasses, goggles, or face shield.

Clothing/Gloves: Wear neoprene, PVC, or rubber gloves; PVC rain suit; rubber boots with pant legs over boots.

Ventilation: Local exhaust.
