Introduction of business idea• Ecocle is a newly set up social enterprise run by a group of
passionate teenagers.
• We aim to provide opportunities for the public to explore the nature. We will offer various eco tours which suitable for different groups of people.
• Jobs opportunities will also offered to teenagers (NEET) who are interested in eco tour and sports.

Current Situation• What is NEET ? •Young people who are without employment, education and training•Majority of NEET do not want to work or study as they have no life goals
• There are an increasing trend of NEET and almost reach 40,000 in Hong Kong in 2014• create a large group of unproductive forces
• NEET always stay at home and idle away their time. Some of them are talented, but they don’t have the motivation to show their talent.
We want to bring them back to society and provide them
with professional training, job opportunities and a chance

Services provided by Ecocle1. Eco tour• We provide different route suitable for different people, such as Pat Sin Leng Country Park.
• Each tour will guided by a qualified tour guide*. Our photographer may travels with the tour during weekends.
• $120 Per Person, within 15 people per group, every group include a qualified tour guide.
*Qualitied groups are HK CSSA receivers or Tai Po community council and service agents referred teenager
list.
2. Photography course• Ecocle provide a photography course to teach how to use the Single-lens
reflex camera.

• All of our Bicycles are imported from Europe and materials can be recycled
• We offer two kinds of Bicycle: Mountain Bike and Normal Bike
• We offer 3 time slots : weekday weekends/ holiday

Inital Start-up planningIn the first six month• We decide to open our store at Tai Po Market and provide eco tour and
bicycles renting services on public holiday and weekend. • Each tour will be guided by a professional tour guide and 1 trainee.
• We will provide training to our trainee on weekdays. We will give basic salary to the trainee if the can achieve the requirement.• After completed the course and get the certificate, trainee will become
our formal employees and have chance to guide the eco tour.
• We ,then will provides more services such as increase the number of eco

tour at weekend and holiday

Sponsorship• With only the funding of HKD $1 million from ACCA is insufficient
for our business start-up. So, we must seek for other sponsorship to support our operation.
• One of TWGHs social enterprises, BiciLine has won many prizes like bronze award in the 4th Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award in 2014. This proves that the idea of Biciline is feasible and sustainable.
• BiciLine has received the funding from Home Affairs Department (Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme)
• This increases our possibility of getting the same funding as the concepts and operation of Ecocle is similar to Bicicline.
