内 容 提 要

本书主要介绍计算机常用的基础知识、基础软件及其化学相关软件。为化

学系研究生课程“计算机在化学中的应用”的配套教材。 本书 1999 年 8 月完成了第一版，2000 年 8 月完成第二版，由于微机软硬

件的发展速度很快，这次相应作了修订。全书分为七章，第一章为微机基础知

识，简单介绍微机的发展、DOS及Windows操作系统；第二章介绍MS Word 2000的使用；第三章介绍分子绘图，着重介绍 ChemWindow 6.0 使用，另外简单介

绍了 CS Chemoffice 及其它一些分子结构绘图及 3D 结构绘图程序；第四章介绍

数据处理软件 Origin 的使用；第五章介绍网络应用及网上化学资源；第六章介

绍常用工具软件的使用；第七章为分子模拟简介。 本书力求以实用为原则，对

常用的尤其是化学专业学生所必须掌握内容尽量详细介绍，而对于过于基础或

不常使用的内容则不作介绍或只是简单介绍，如第二章 Word2000 的使用，原

计划删除，考虑到一些同学对 Word 使用有很多部分并不熟悉，因此这次修版

仍然保留。书中的重要章节为作者长期使用的经验结合软件的说明编写而成，

如第三章介绍分子绘图、第四章数据处理软件 Origin 的使用等，第一、五、六

章为从网络、报刊等收集整理而得，第七章分子模拟部分原计划在第二版中就

增加，因为一些原因，没有按期写完，本次将这一章补齐，主要参考了一些有

关分子模拟的书籍以及分子模拟软件配套书籍编写的。 计算机能力的培养是一个长期的过程，要想用好计算机，必须掌握好的学

习方法，其根本要点就是要学会如何学计算机。了解一两个软件的使用并不难，

关键是学会各类软件使用的通用方法，从而使自己能够很方便地学会最新软件

的最实用的部分。学习中要多看、多用、多想。多看是多看些有关计算机使用

方面的报刊、书籍(如《电脑报》)，从中可以学到很多有用的经验；多用是多

使用计算机，这样就容易掌握软件使用的一般规律性。多想是如果使用中发现

不清楚的地方要多试、多想，不要一不清楚就开口问，这样就丧失了学习使用

软件的机会，另外，如果发现用计算机进行某项工作非常烦琐，想一下是否有

一些窍门，这样通常可以提高使用的能力，而大大节省时间和精力。 本书采用电子出版物 PDF 格式，为方便用户下载，本书将按章节分成 7 个

部分。由于水平有限，经验不足，书中可能存在不少缺点和错误，希望读者在

第五章 网络应用及网上化学信息

5.1 Internet 概述

5.1.1 Internet 简介

Internet 是在 ARPAnet(美国国防部高级研究工程局网络)的基础上发展起来的

ARPAnet 建立于 60 年代末期 在刚开始的十几年中它主要服务于科研教育部门 到

90 年代初期 随着 WWW 的发展 Internet 逐渐走向民用 由于 WWW 通过良好的

界面大大简化了 Internet 操作的难度 使得用户的数量急剧增加 许多政府机构 商

业公司意识到 Internet 具有巨大的潜力 于是纷纷大量加入 Internet 这样 Internet 上的站点数量大大增长 网络上的信息五花八门 十分丰富 如今 Internet 已经深入到

人们生活的各个部分 通过 WWW 浏览 电子邮件等方式 人们可以及时的获得自

己所需的信息 Internet 大大方便了信息的传播 给人们带来一个全新的通讯方式

可以说 Internet 是继电报 电话发明以来人类通讯方式的又一次革命 事实上 目前很难给出一个准确的定义 用来概括 Internet 的特征和全部含义

计算机网络的大量发展 导至网络之间各种形式的连接 采用统一协议,实现不同网

络的互联 使互联网络很容易得到扩展 Internet 就是用这种方式完成各种重要网络

之间连接的网络 Internet 采用 TCP/IP 协议作为共同的通信协议 将世界范围内许许

多多计算机网络连接在一起 成为当今最大的和最流行的国际性网络 也被人们称为

全球信息资源网 目前 Internet 正在迅速向世界各地伸延 并入越来越多的网络 Internet 的地址是指并入 Internet 的节点计算机的 IP 地址 IP 地址占用四个字节

(32 位) 可用四组十进数字表示 每组数字取值范围为 0-255 一组数字与另一组数

字之间用圆点(.)作为分隔符 在网络通信中就是通过 IP 地址来识别每一个计算机的

为了使 IP 地址便于用户使用 同时也易于维护和管理 Internet 建立了所谓的域名管

理系统 DNS(Domain Name System) DNS 用分层的命名方法 对网络上的每台计算

机赋予一个直观的唯一性标识名 其结构如下 计算机名.组织机构名.网络名.最高层

域名 最高层域名代表建立网络的部门 机构或网络所隶属的国家或地区 例如 常

见的最高层域名有 edu(美国教育机构) gov(美国联邦政府部门) mil(美国军队)com(商业系统) net(网络信息中心和网络操作中心) org(非赢利组织) int(国际上的

组织) au(澳大利亚) cn(中国) uk(英国)等等 Internet 的飞速发展和广泛应用得宜于其提供的大量服务 这些服务为人们的信

息交流带来了极大的便利 目前 Internet 提供的主要服务很多 主要有 (1)WWW 服务 WWW 的含义是(World Wide Web 环球信息网),是一个基于超

文本方式的信息查询方式 WWW 是由欧洲粒子物理研究中心(CERN)研制的 通过

超文本方式将 Internet 上不同地址的信息有机的组织在一起 WWW 提供了一个友好

的界面 大大方便了人们的信息浏览 而且 WWW 方式仍然可以提供传统的 Internet服务 如 Telnet FTP Gopher News E-Mail 等 (2)文件传输服务(FTP) FTP 服务解决了远程传输文件的问题 无论两台计算机

相距多远 只要它们都加入 Internet 并且都支持 FTP 协议 则这两台计算机之间就可

以进行文件的传送 FTP 实质上是一种实时的联机服务 在进行工作时 用户首先要

登录到目的服务器上 之后用户可以在服务器目录中寻找所需文件 FTP 几乎可以传

送任何类型的文件 如文本文件 二进制文件 图象文件 声音文件等 一般的 FTP服务器都支持匿名(Anonymous)登录 用户在登录到这些服务器时无须事先注册用户

名和口令 只要以 anonymou 为用户名和自己的 E-Mail 地址作为口令就可以访问该

FTP 服务器了 (3)电子邮件服务(E-mail) 电子邮件(E-mail)是 Internet 上使用最广泛和最受欢迎

的服务 它是网络用户之间进行快速 简便 可靠且低成本联络的现代通讯手段 电

子邮件使网络用户能够发送和接收文字 图象 和语音等多种形式的信息 使用电子

邮件的前提是拥有自己的电子信箱 即 E-Mail 地址 实际上是在邮件服务器上建立

一个用于存储邮件的磁盘空间 利用电子邮件可以获得其他各种服务(如 FTPGopher Archie WAIS 等) 当用户想从这些信息中心查询资料时 只需要向其指定

的电子信箱发一封含有一系列信息查询命令的电子邮件 该邮件服务器程序将自动读

取 分析该邮件中的命令 若无错误则将检索结果通过邮件方式发给用户 (4)远程登录服务(Telnet) 远程登录是 Internet 提供的最基本的信息服务之一

Internet 用户的远程登录是在网络通讯 Telnet 的支持下使自己的计算机暂时成为远程

计算机仿真终端的过程 要在远程计算机上登录 首先应给出远程计算机的域名或

IP 地址 另外 事先应该成为该远程计算机系统的合法用户并拥有相应的帐号和口

令 目前国内 Telnet 最广泛的应用就是 BBS(电子公告牌) 通过 BBS 用户可以进行

各种信息交流 讨论 实际上 Internet 提供的服务远远不止这些 还有诸如 Archie WAIS Gopher 等等 而且随着 Internet 的飞速发展 每天都在诞生新的服务 如今象网络电话(Internet Phone)网络会议(Netmeeting)网络传呼机(ICQ)等都得到极大的应用 虽然 Internet 提

供的服务越来越多 但这些服务一般都是基于 TCP/IP 协议 TCP/IP 实际上是一组协

议的集合 它是 Internet 运行的基础 在我国 Internet 的发展虽然较晚 但发展还是比较迅速 1987 年北京计算机应用

研究所率先开通到德国的 X.25 线路 此后中科院 清华大学 北京大学纷纷建立起

自己的校园网并实现与 Internet 的连接 以此为基础我国的 Internet 初具雏形 随着

我国科学技术的飞速发展 这几个规模有限的网络无法满足我国科技教育的需要 在

国家的大量投入下 到 1995 年我国初步建成四大骨干网络 为 Internet 在我国的进

一步发展奠定了基础 这四大骨干网为 (1)国家计算机与网络设施 NCFC NCFC 是由中科院主持下建立的 目前已经连

接了全国 24 个城市的上百个研究所 (2)中国教育科研互连网 CERNET CERNET 是在国家教委主持下建立的 主要

由清华大学 北京大学 上海交通大学 西安交通大学 华中理工大学 电子科技大

学 华南理工大学 东南大学等 10 所大学承建的 目前已经连接了全国三百多所大

学 拥有 2M bps 的国际专线 CERNET 计划连入全国绝大部分大学和有条件的中学

小学 (3)中国公用计算机互连网 CHINANET CHINANET 是由邮电部主持建设的 主

要面向个人和商业用户 CHINANET 目前已经覆盖了全国 31 个省市 拥有 86M bps的国际专线 (4)中国金桥信息网(CHINAGBN) 中国金桥信息网是我国第二个可以用于商业

的计算机互连网 由电子工业部管理 覆盖了全国个省市和自治区 以上四大骨干网

的建立为 Internet 在我国的使用 发展奠定了良好的基础

5.1.2 Internet 基本概念

1) 因特网(Internet) 是一个全球的 开放的计算机互连网络 也是一个用户自

行管理的特殊网络 它可以为网络上的用户提供丰富的信息资源和各种网络服务

Internet 的基本功能有 发送邮件 发布新闻 远程登录 文件传输和信息检索等第

它目前已成为世界上规模最大 用户最多 影响最广的国际互连网络系统 2)调制解调器(Modem) 戏称 猫 是上网必需的设备 它可以将计算机的数

字信号转换(调制 Modulation)成模拟信号 通过电话线路传送到另一台计算机(比如服

务器)上 接受端用它的 Modem 将其还原(解调 Denodulation)为计算机能识别的数字

信号 从而实现双方的信息交换 Modem 一般分为内置式和外置式两种 常用的速

率有 14.4Kbps, 28.8Kbps, 33.6Kbps 和 56Kbps 几种(bps 比特/秒) 3) 因特网服务提供商(ISP Internet Service Provider) 用户只有通过 ISP 才能连

接到 Internet 网 也就是 在你上网之前 需要从 ISP 那里得到登录网络的帐号和密

码 而且你还应该事先从 ISP 那里了解到使用网络的各种费用等 4) 超文本标识语言(HTML HyperTex Markup Language) 它是 Internet 的标准文

本格式 也就是说 WWW 上的信息是以 HTML 格式来进行组织的 例如 你在网

络上所见到的画面都称作网页 它们包括一般意义上的文本 图片 声音 视频和动

画等等 另外 可以通过 HTML 格式上允许定义的超级链接(HyperLink)访问网页

也就是 当你将鼠标在屏幕画面上移动时 在某些地方鼠标变成了一只手 单击鼠标

左键 你就可以进入其它的网点 另外一个典型的应用是 如果在电子邮件中使用

HTML 格式 你还可以在邮件中添加图形和指向 Web 站点的链接 5) TCP/IP(Transition Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) 传输控制协议与互连网

协议 它是国际互连网上的所有网络进行交流的共同 语言 是 Internet 上使用的

一组完整的标准网络连接协议 TCP 对应七层模型的传输层 IP 对应网络层 TCP/IP除了本身的两个协议(TCP/IP)之外 还包括其它多种协议 例如 FTP(文件传输协议)SMTP(电子邮件协议) TELNET(远程登录协议)等第 6) 服务器(Server) 一台功能强大的计算机 有较高的速度 较大的存储空间以

及断电保护措施等 它能够在网络中为用户提供通讯 文件共享 网络打印等功能 7) 主页(Home Page) 它的全称应该是 WWW 主页 它指的是 WWW 服务的起

始装入信息页 是 WWW 用户可以看到的第一信息界面 当你连接到主页后 除了

可以直接在主页了解到主页制作者的一般信息外 还可以在主页上移动鼠标 当鼠标

的形状变成一只手的时候 单击鼠标的左键 就可以进入到另外的一个画面进一步地

获取更多的信息 也就是通过主页上定义的超级链接(HyperLink)访问网页 8) WWW(World Wide Web) 简单地说 WWW 是漫游 Internet 网的工具 它是

一个基于超文本方式的信息检索工具 它为用户提供了一种友好的信息查询接口 是

Internet上的信息服务系统 它把 Internet上不同地点的相关信息聚集起来 通过WWW浏览器(又叫 Web 浏览器 如 Netscape IE 等)检索它们 无论用户所需要的信息在

什么地方 只要浏览器为用户检索到之后 就可以将这些信息(文字 图片 动画

声音等) 提取 到用户的计算机屏幕上 由于 WWW 采用了超文本链接 你只需轻

轻单击鼠标 就可以很方便地从一个信息页转移到另外一个信息页 WWW 是目前

Internet 上最让人倾心的系统 9) 电子邮件(E-Mail) 这是一种最常用的 Internet 功能 也是一种最便捷的利用

计算机和通讯网络传递信息的现代化手段 电子邮件的传递由 SMTP 协议来完成

网络用户可以通过 Internet 与全世界的 Internet 用户收发信件 电子邮件的内容不仅

仅包含文字 还可以包含图象 声音 动画等多媒体信息 常见的电子邮件软件有

Eudora Foxmail Outlook Express 等 10) 电子邮件地址(E-Mail 地址) 电子邮件地址和收发信件人的地址意义相同

只不过它必须以特殊的格式来标识 其一般形式为 username@mailserver 其中

mailserver 部分代表邮件服务器的域名 username 代表用户名 符号@读作 at

意位 在 例如某 E-mail 地址为 zhangxl@postoff1.uestc.edu.cn 其含义表示为在

计算机 postoff1.uestc.edu.cn 上用户名为 zhangxl 的电子邮件地址 11) POP3 和 SMTP POP3(Post Office Protocol 3)是一种接收邮件的协议 说明如

何将你的计算机与 Internet 上的邮件服务器相连接 从而将邮件下载到你的计算机上

支持 POP3 的服务器是一种能保存外界发给你的电子邮件服务器 SMTP(Simple Message Transfer Protocol)是简单邮件传送协议 SMTP 服务器将你的邮件发送出去 12) HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol) 超文本传输协议 该协议经常用来在网

络上传送 Web 页 当用户以 http://开始一个链接的名字时 是告诉浏览器去访问使用

http 的 Web 页 13) URL(Uniform Resource Locator) 统一资源定位格式 是 Web 的地址编码

Web 上能访问的资源都有一个唯一的 URL URL 包括 所用的传输协议 服务器名

称 文件的完整路径 例如 在浏览器 URL 处键入 http://www.online.tj.cn 就可以访

问天津在线网页 14) IP 地址(Internet Protocol) 互连网络协议地址 Internet 上每台主机都有一个

唯一的地址 它是数字形式的一组地址 如 202.113.28.6 它是计算机在网络上的

数字标识 一般分为两个部分 网络地址(NETID) 主机地址(HOSTID) 目前所使用

的 IP 协议版本规定 IP 地址的长度为 32 位(BIT) IP 地址分为五类 A B C DE 每类网络中 IP 地址的结构都不同 常用的是 B C 两类 D 类是多址广播地址

E 类是实验性地址 类别 类别标识(二进数) 网络地址(位数) 主机地址(位数) A 类 0 8 位 24 位 B 类 10 14 位 16 位 C 类 110 21 位 8 位

15) 域名 也是 Internet 上主机的名字 它是一种有意义名词的缩写 用英文句

点分开的一组地址 一般主机域名可以以机构或者地域作区分 以机构区分的域名

有 .com(商业机构) .edu(教育机构) .net(网络机构)等等 以地域区分的域名有 .cn (中国) .uk(英国)等等 域名采用层次结构 从左到右 从小范围到大范围 表示主

机所属的层次关系 16) DNS 服务器(Doamin Name System Server) 域名服务器 其作用是把用户使

用的 WWW 浏览器时输入的好记的域名地址翻译成难记的 IP 地址 17) Telnet 远程登录 是 Internet 上最早的应用程序之一 也是 Internet 上最早

提供的常用服务 Telnet 是 Internet 上的远程访问工具 利用它 在网络通信协议的

支持下 用户计算机上暂时成为远程计算机的终端 这样 用户计算机就可以使用对

方远程计算机对外开放的全部资源 18) FTP(File Transfer Protocol) 文件传输协议 它是 Internet 上提供的常用服务

之一 FTP 实际上是一个程序 是 Internet 上的文件传递工具 网络上的用户可以通

过 FTP 功能登录到远程计算机 从其它计算机系统中下载需要的文件 也可以将自

己的文件上传到网络上 用 FTP 登录到服务器的方式有两种 一种是以该系统的正

式用户登录 另一种是以匿名(anonymous)用户登录 后者不需要帐号和密码就可以

登录到远程计算机上获取大量的免费信息 19) BBS(Bulletion Board System) 电子公告栏 是一种交互性强 内容丰富而及

时的 Internet 电子信息服务系统 用户在 BBS 站点上可以获得各种信息服务 发布信

息 进行讨论 聊天等 20) 搜索引擎(Search Engineer) 在 Internet 网上使用 WWW 浏览器作为查询工

具查询信息时 不可避免地会用到搜索引擎 搜索引擎是一个用来查询搜索世界各地

Internet 网络资源的 Web 服务器 可以通过关键词或者主题分类的方式查找感兴趣的

信息所在的 Web 页 著名的搜索引擎有 YAHOO http://www.yahoo.com 中文 YAHOO http://gbchinese.yahoo.com/ 搜狐 http://www.sohoo.com.cn/ 等 21) 下载(DownLoad) 通过网络从其它计算机中拷贝软件到自己计算机的过程

是一种获取软件 图片等最便捷的途径 22) 上传 将自己计算机中的文件拷贝到网络中其它计算机的过程 23) ICQ(网络寻呼机) I Seek You 的缩写 是目前世界上最流行的网络寻呼

机 用户超过一千万 网络寻呼机与人们日常使用的寻呼机相似 便于你在网络上与

其它人快速建立联系 首先 你需要连线申请一个 ICQ 号码 也就是你的网络 BP机号码 以后你上网运行 ICQ 软件 就能够即时了解到和你同在网上的朋友 也能

够让网上其他人知道你也在往上 如果你需要和他人进行联系 通过 ICQ 就可以马

上让他们知道 这样你们就可以进行相互间的邮件传递(E-mail) 文件传送(File) 交

谈(Chat) 打电话(IPhone)等 24) 资源与资源共享 资源是指在计算机系统中 处理一个任务或者作业时所需

要的硬件和软件设备的总称 在硬件方面 包括 主存储器 输入输出设备 中央处

理部件等 在软件设备方面 包括 数据库 控制程序和加工程序等 资源共享是指

多个用户共用计算机系统中的资源 主要是 CPU 时间和内存空间的共享 在网络盛

行的今天 还可以在网络上共享其它的外部设备 比如硬盘 打印机等

5.2 网卡的安装和设置

5.2.1 网卡驱动程序的安装

作组 和 计算机描述 化学系化学楼的用户 工作组 为 chem_domain 配置 选择网卡 TCP/IP 协议 按 属性 按钮 设置 TCP/IP 属性 具体数据

如下 IP 地址 202.113.28.xx (xx 为自己的 IP 地址)

5.3 浏览器 Internet Explorer 的使用

5.3.1 运行 IE

打开 Web 浏览器的方法有 单击桌面或桌面工具栏上的图标 屏幕显示如图 该窗口包括菜单栏 工具栏 地址栏 浏览栏和状态栏 工具菜单包括 文件 编辑 查看 转到 收藏 和 帮助 工具栏中的按钮有 后退 快速后退到所需的 Web 页 该按钮可一次后退多

步 前进 快速前进到所需的 Web 页 该按钮可一次前进多步 停止

取消下载某网页 刷新 用于更新已存储在硬盘上的网页 主页 使浏

览器转到显示主页 收藏 在浏览器栏显示或隐藏收藏夹 历史 在浏

览器栏显示或隐藏历史记录等等 地址栏是输入和显示网页地址的地方

5.3.2 浏览 保存 Web 页

在地址栏中 键入您要转到的地址 然后键入 Enter(回车)键 您便可以浏览该

页了 当你将鼠标在屏幕画面上移动时 在某些地方鼠标变成了一只手 单击鼠标左

键 你就可以进入链接的其它站点 单击工具栏标准按钮 后退 或 前进 或利用 历史记录 可以返回查看过的

Web 页 多窗口浏览 将鼠标指向 文件 菜单下的 新建 命令 然后单击 窗口

您可以打开一个新的浏览器窗口 或在某链接按 Shift 键单击鼠标 则在新窗口打开

该链接 保存当前页 在 文件 菜单上 单击 另存为 (注 IE 仅保存 Web 页上的文

本 而不是图形) 不打开网页或图片而直接保存 用鼠标右键单击所需项目的链接 出现快捷菜

单击 目标另存为

5.3.3 收藏夹

Internet Explorer 的个人收藏夹包括 Imported Bookmarks 链接 频道 软件更新

新文件夹等几个子文件夹 在它们的帮助下 您可以很有条理地组织您的个人收藏夹 将网页添加到收藏夹 假如您想要将 www.yahoo.com 加入个人收藏夹 您应

该先打开 Yahoo 的网页 在 收藏 菜单上 单击 添加到收藏夹 打开 添加

到收藏夹 对话框 如果需要 请在 名称 处键入该页的新名称 对于您喜爱的网

页 可以将它们分类并组织到不同的文件夹中 以便于您管理和浏览 要完成上述功

能 请单击 添加到收藏夹 对话框中的 创建到 按钮 选中一个文件夹后 单击

确定 便将该网页创建到选定的文件夹 要打开您所喜爱的网页 单击工具栏上的 收藏 按钮 然后单击要打开的网页 在 收藏 菜单上 单击 整理收藏夹 打开 整理收藏夹 对话框 可以对

收藏夹进行整理

5.3.4 设置 Internet 选项

查看 菜单下 选中 Internet 选项 弹出 Internet 选项 对话框 该对话

框包括 常规 安全 内容 连接 程序 高级 六个选项卡

5.4 电子邮件的使用

电子邮件常用的软件有 Outlook Express 和 Foxmail 等 以 Foxmail 为例对其使用

进行简单的介绍 FoxMail 是一个 Internet 电子邮件客户端软件 支持全部的 Internet电子邮件功能 另外 FoxMail 还有其它的一些方便使用的功能 具体可以参照软件的

帮助文件 FoxMail 运行在 Windows 95/98 或 Windows NT 4.0 以上平台下

5.4.1 安装

如果你获得的是安装程序版 运行安装程序即可 如果你获得的是 ZIP 压缩的程

序 按如下步骤 建一个新目录 如 c:\foxmail 将从 ZIP 文件中解压缩出来的所有

文件拷贝到所建目录下 建立一个快捷图标 指向 foxmail.exe 双击图标即可运行

5.4.2 设置

Foxmail 首次运行时将自动建立其它文件及目录 打开选项对话框 输入有关的

信息 如果使用多帐户可以在 帐户 菜单中选择新建 按照向导填写选项 以 下

器上收取您的邮件 如 webmaster 注意 只写你的邮件地址中"@"前面的部分 口令 你的帐号口令 此口令虽然经加密保存在 FoxMail 的设置文件中 如果你

对口令的安全性不放心 可不在这输入口令 收取邮件时 FoxMail 会要求你输入口令 高级 你可以设置 SMTP 和 POP3 的端口号 只有当你的系统管理员要求你设

置改变默认值时 你才能修改 如南开 BBS 的 POP3 端口为 1999 3) 发送邮件: 信件格式 您可以使用MIME或UUEncode格式来发送信件 通常推荐使用MIME格式 因为它是 SMTP 协议推荐的格式 并为许多软件所接受 自动对文本进行编码 选中此项 发送邮件时 FoxMail 自动将邮件中的汉字及

其它非 ASCII 字符用 Quoted-Printable 方法编码成 7bit 的文本 虽然目前的 Internet传输 8bit 的二进制数据没有问题 但由于历史的原因 Internet 电子邮件主要处理 7bit的文本 而且一些邮件服务器或网关可能会限制传输 8bit 因此强烈推荐使用编码方

式 注 附件自动采用 base64 方法编码到 7bit 标题可使用 8 位元字符 是否对邮件头 地址 标题等 进行编码 字符集 你可选择以下一种作为发送邮件时指定的字符集 us-ascii (英语)iso8859-1(西欧语言 ) GB2312(简体中文 ) 通常 如果你发送中文邮件应选择

GB2312 这样对方的邮件软件如 Outlook 可以自动按中文来处理你的邮件 发送邮件后立即取新邮件 如果选择了此项 工具条上的 发送 按钮将变为 发

送并接收 这是很多人都期待的一个功能 邮件发出后转移到 已发送邮件 箱 (不用解释) 4) 接收邮件 在服务器上留下备份 如果选择了此项 下载邮件时 将不删除服务器上的邮件 每隔<>分钟自动取新邮件 让 FoxMail 自动收取新邮件 退出时自动压缩邮箱 邮件删除后 需要压缩才能真正从邮箱文件中物理删除

你可以在这里设置一个比例 当浪费空间超过某一比例时就自动进行压缩 5) 其它连接 如果你有多个服务器的邮箱帐号 你可以在此处将服务器及帐号信息录入 这样

你就可以同时从多个服务器收取邮件 6) 字体: 您可以设置信件字体 信件列表字体 及打印字体 使用 IE 浏览器显示 HTML 的邮件 选中这项 对 HTML 格式的邮件 FoxMail 可以

默认情况下 收到的信件将放在收件箱中 如果您定义了过滤器的规则 收到的信件

将根据规则自动分发到相应的邮箱中 2) 写和发送 写新邮件时 可指定以下项目: 收件人 指明收件人地址 可多个 抄送 信件同时发送给要抄送的人 可多个 暗送(Bcc) 邮件同时发送给要暗送的人 但接收者不会知道暗送给哪些人了 返回地址 如不指定返回地址 对方回邮件时即回复给发件人 指定返回地址可

使对方回信给你指定的接收者 主题 一个简短的主题 附件 您可以附加任意大小 任意类型的文件到附件中一起发送出去 写好一个新的邮件后 您有三个选择 立即发送 信件保存在发件箱中 并立即发送出去 保存在发送队列中 信件保存在发送队列中 并不立即发送出去 这样您可以写

好很多待发送的信件后在一次性地发送出去 只保存 以便下次再编辑 作为草稿保存 供下次修改后再发送

如何同时发送邮件到多个接收者 在地址框中 你可输入多个地址 每个用逗号

隔开 注意是西文逗号 如果一行写不下 按 ENTER 键进入下一行继续输入 您可以从菜单或快速按钮上选择这些操作 回复 给发送者写回信 转发 将信件转发给其他人 重新发送 重新发送一个收到的或已发送过的邮件 3) 邮箱设置及查看删除信件 收件箱 默认时 所有收到的信件放在此箱中 发件箱 撰写的和等候发送的放在此箱中 已发送邮件 已经发出的邮件可自动转移到此邮箱中 废件箱 保存删除了的信件 您可以通过转移信件 将废件箱中的信件恢复到别

的邮箱中 对已发送邮件 可在选项中设置是否将之自动转移到 已发送邮件 箱中 注意

如果你定义了应用于 发送 的过滤器 符合过滤条件的邮件将在发出后 执行过滤

动作 比如 转移到某个指定邮箱 您可以定义自己的信箱 并把信件转移到自定义

的信箱中 对自定义的邮箱 可对它进行加密 防止别人看到你的信件 注意 不要

忘记你的密码, 否则你自己也将看不到里面的邮件 查看邮件 鼠标双击邮件列表中的邮件或按回车来打开邮件窗口 用 前一个

和 后一个 按钮来查看同一邮箱中不同的邮件 用 ESC 键来关闭当前邮件窗口 将发信人的地址加到地址簿 在邮件窗口 双击发件人一栏 将弹出一个地址对

话框 其中有个按钮 加入到地址簿 可完成此功能 如果地址簿中已有此人名字

就用新的地址代替原地址 邮件转移 为了在信箱之间转移邮件 首先在邮件列表窗中选中要转移的信件

作以下操作之一 转存邮件 从邮件菜单中 选择转存到命令 在工具条中 按下转存邮件命令

直接用鼠标拖拉邮件到另一个信箱 删除邮件 选择要删除的邮件 按 Del 键删除 邮件删除后 转移到 废件箱

如果你不希望转移 而是直接删除 可以先选择要删除的邮件 再用 Shift+Del 键完

成删除工作 注意 当您删除一个邮件时 邮件并不真正从物理文件中删除 你需要

选择 压缩邮箱 命令才能将之物理地删除(文件变小) 你也可以设置 FoxMail 让

它自动压缩浪费空间过大的邮箱文件 另 请千万不要去手工编辑 FoxMail 自动产生

及维护的邮件文件 否则 FoxMail 可能不能正确解码及显示邮件 4) 地址簿

FoxMail 提供一个默认的地址簿 你可以创建自己的地址簿 创建后的地址簿文

件保存在 FoxMail 目录下的 address 目录下 每一地址簿包括两个文件 .ind 和.box这两个地址簿文件可拷贝给别人 从而实现地址簿信息的共享 你也可以创建一个

组 并选择组的成员 这样可以一次将邮件发送给组中所有的成员

5.4.4 邮件中乱码的解决方法

1) 汉字 GB BIG5 GBK HZ 的之间的编码不同产生 可选择相应支持该编

码的软件或系统 2) 通过剪贴板将代码存入文本文件 改文件名后缀为 UUE 然后

用 Winzip 解码 3) 对 Macintosh 上用的 BinHex 可将含有数据块的文件更名

为 .HQX 通过 Winzip 解码
