Chapter 1. Editing Tool

1.1 Create editing program

Tap the「Generate an On-demand Video」button to enter the manage on-demand program page.

Set up a live program

1.2 Set Up Materials and Questionnaires

Upload materials and questionnaires on this step it will be easier in the

live program process.

Do not need to upload materials and questionnaires you can click “next”

directly and start open Encoder.

※Program name is Require Field

Click “ Next ”


Click “Add” can upload materials which you need to use in live

program term, then choose file and click upload button.

※Upload the materials and files will be seen on the name area.


Set up Questionnaires

If you need to insert questionnaires in the live program, you should set

up it in advance.

On this screen you can click “Add”, and start to make questionnaires.

Setting is finished by click “next” to next step.

※About how to set up questionnaires, refer to “Questionnaire

Function ” , please.

Materials and questionnaires

is completed, click “Next”.


1.3 Open Editing tool

Click ”Upload Film or sound files ”bottom , start editing.

Choose whether import gdwx file. If is no, please choose bandwidth then

click“OK”.


1.4 Import Materials description

1.4.1 Import File

Click on the "Material " button, select "Import File", to upload videos

and presentations.

Imported videos into this section will be converted into

the bandwidth setting here while publishing.


1.4.2 Import Document Management description

Check the item and click ”ok ”, the file will appears in the files area.

1.4.3 Import Sound description

1.Click the "Custom image", upload pictures

2.Upload Sound files

Click “Import"


1.5 Add Links and questionnaire.

1. Uploaded videos, presentations, links and Questionnaire, individually

drag it to the bottom of the editing area to do the editing.

2. After editing, click "Save."

3. Appear "confirmation" message, Select save type then click "yes" and

then close Editing Tool.

Add questionnaire is the same as add links

2. Enter the "Title" and " URL"

3. Click " Add"

1.7 Editing video

Move the mouse cursor to the video progress bar, then to start editing

videos. The Trim start/Trim end tool also can be used to edit film the

meaning is you can add or reduce seconds in The Trim start/Trim end

rather than the time of start /end.

Drag the video to a point of time that you need.

Import the video file you want to edit in the file area, and drag

it to replace.


1.8 Editing presentation

Move the mouse cursor to the area of the presentation edit axis. When

you see start editing the presentation length, please refer to 1-7-1

and 1-7-2 editing video starting point/end point.

Replace or insert a presentation：

Mode of operation is the same as the replace or inserts video, please

refer”1-7-3”.

1.9 Editing linkand questionnaire appear time

Move the mouse cursor to the area of the link. When you see start

editing the URL and the questionnaire.

Please refer to 1-7-1 and 1-7-2 Editing video starting point/end point.

1.10 File Specifications

Title Restriction Description

If there are multiple video, you do not need the same

resolution.

Presentation ppt, pptx, pdf 1. A single file can't exceed 30MB.

2. Number of files cannot be more than 20.

3. For ppt. pptx. and pdf. files, horizontal slides are

suggested.

1. Import File, a single image file size cannot exceed

512K.

2. Import Sound, upload the picture file size cannot

exceed 512K.

Audio mp3, wav,

wma, rm, ra

Only import a sound file.

※ Video, presentation and URL's total file size can't exceed 2GB.

※ Editing tool 1 hours time limit: Computing time from click the "Save" button, a

message appears after file upload commences until the file upload is complete.


1.11 Image quality and maximum length of video

＊Image quality is the user to open Editing tool, the last choice

"Bandwidth Settings" to do the converting.
