Generic Care Training• Dignity & Respect, Dementia Awareness, SOVA, Infection Control, etc
Specialist Care Training• Autism & Aspergers, End of Life, Chronic Conditions, Mental Health, Epilepsy etc
Management Training• Recruitment & Selection, Disciplinary & Grievance, Appraisal Skills, etc
Recruitment Services
• We work with unemployed individuals who are interested in working in Care
• We provide them with comprehensive Care training (Mandatory Training & Underpinning Knowledge Units for a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care)
• We complete an enhanced CRB check with each individual and source them a work placement to gain experience in Care
• We then put them forward for any job vacancies that our customers have
• Automatic enrolment onto a full QCF Level 2 upon employment
• *NEW* if your organisation is based in Cardiff, Caerphilly or RCT & you recruit a young person (aged 18-24yrs) Educ8 will pay their salaries for the first 6 months of their employment through Jobs Growth Wales funding
