Introduction The Previewer in eFileCabinet Online has been updated. The Previewer will generate an image of Microsoft Office documents, PDF files, most picture types, and various versions of text files. It has a faster response time, as it loads one page at a time instead of the whole document. You don’t have to wait while it’s creating the preview for the entire file.

Step Action

1

The Previewer will launch automatically when you select a file. Above the image, you will see the Previewer Toolbar that provides interactive tools with your previewed files.

These items include page navigation, text highlighting, moving the image to view unseen parts of the preview, magnifying, fit to width, rotating, zooming, full screen, and printing.

You can resize the Previewer to show more of your file. To do this, hover your mouse over the space between the Previewer and your list of files. Your curser will become a white arrow. Click and drag until the image is the size you want.

3

The Previewer now displays files in vector form, which means you can enlarge or shrink images without losing quality. If you widen the image far enough, you will see a few additional buttons on the Previewer Toolbar.
