We need to understand which child to apply your volunteer credits, we need to decide on a
process. Parent to choose the child at the time the ticket is drawn or dividing up your
tickets earned amongst each of their children. Suggestion from the membership to have
Parents sign-off on their designation so they don’t forget what they agreed to later.

Old Business Remember to use www.IkeBoosterShopping.com when shopping Amazon for holiday
shopping this year. The link is on the Booster Club Membership form for your reference.
Athletic Boosters receives a referral fee for a percentage of the sales. October proceeds
were $90 which is FREE MONEY to our club.
Stadium Blankets had 140 total at the beginning of the year and sold out at 5 events. The
Board is considering ordering more for next year.
Girls Lacrosse Team 26 girls were in the first meetings attendance. Another 10 are
interested. They are looking prospectively at 2 coaches from Oakland University Alums.
A sub-committee has been formed to make recommendations to Kevin Donahue on which
coach to hire.
New Business on the Floor Spring Auction Committee offer for a free ticket to incentive volunteers to help on one of
our sub-committees planning the event for this year.
E-team sponsor online fundraising opportunity for students to email 20 contacts asking for
cash donations, wants to try this year. Teams that participate actively and advertise can
raise on average of $100. Works by word of mouth via social media. Payment is secure,
or email and send in a check and then e-team sponsor sends a receipt for the tax deduction.
Goal is to eliminate the multiple fundraisers teams are holding throughout the year so
coaches can focus on coaching their teams, not raising money.
Family ID securely stores medical records up to 7 years. Attachments seem to be difficult
for some people, but the site is working great. Suggestion to write directions on how to
use and have coaches pass out to their teams.
Next meeting will be Monday, December 12, 2016, at 7:00 PM in the ECC room
