Juan Went to the Hospital.

Había un chico, se llamaba Juan. Juan era bajo y tímido.

There was a boy, his name was Juan. Juan was short and shy.

Un día Juan se sintió enfermo. La mamá de Juan y Juan fueron al hospitál.

One day Juan felt sick. Juan and his mom go to the hospital.

Juan tenía miedo. Pero la mamá de Juan le dijo –No tengas miedo estarás bien.

Juan was scared. But, Juan’s mom said “Don’t be scared, you will be fine.”

Juan fue al hospitál. Juan vio un doctor.

Juan went to the hospital. Juan sees a doctor.

El doctòr era muy tranquilo. Pero Juan estaba nervioso.

The doctor was very calm. But Juan was still nervous.

El doctor examino la cabeza. Las piernas, los ojos, y la nariz de Juan. Juan recibió una medicina, y se fue a su casa.

The doctor examined Juan’s head, legs, eyes, and nose. Juan received some medicine and went home.

Juan sabía que el doctor, era amable. Ahora a Juan le gustaba el doctor.

Juan knew the doctor was friendly. Now Juan likes the doctor.

Ahora Juan se sentía mucho mejor. Juan estaba feliz.

Now Juan feels a lot better. Juan is happy.

Juan sabía que el doctor era simpático. Ahora Juan sabía que no tiene que tenerle miedo al doctor.

Juan knows the doctor is nice. Now Juan knows not to be scared of the doctor.

Entonces tú tampoco tienes que tenerle miedo al los doctores.

So, you also don’t have to be afraid of doctors.
