    Ongoing Consultation

    On February 16, 2015 Ltd Gepra signed contract with National Food Agency to provide NFA with consultations in the field of PR and to elaborate PR Strategy and Annual Action Plan.

    WORKS DONE

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Study out main documents and current communication practice of NFA, preparing report

    Development of new templates: presentation, weekly internal report

    Creating working files from Brand Book files

    Study out the research of 2013 and prepare recommendations and direction for the research in 2015

    Support current media relations: preparation of unified media list, preparation and distri-bution of important news. Organization of Media Seminar and Media Tour regarding tightening of the control on wine .

    Study out the web page (in testing mode); preparing new web-site tree, visual and content (in general)

    Planning of events (creation of concept, budgeting): World Health Day Food Safety, Registration and Vaccination of Animals, Dairy (Milk) Regulations;

    Provide NFA with consultation about ongoing PR issues; organize events, media relations, website modification, etc.

    Create PR Strategy for next 2 years, which will transform NFA PR efforts from reactive to proactive

    Elaborate Action Plan, which will ensure implementation of PR Strategy

    MAIN DIRECTIONS TO PLAN THE SURVEY IN 2015

    Main priorities for the Quantitative Research in 2015: - Agency awareness; - Main issues under the control of agency; - Control Process ; - DCFTA; - Key Performance Indicators of Agency;

    Qualitative research and personal interviews with experts, consumers, businessmen, NGOs and other stakeholders will be planned in parallel;

    All research findings and results of interview will be used to prepare Agency strategy document and action plan.
