▪ The city is currently utilizing a three-path “range of possibilities” model for populationprojections for planning purposes, using growth rates of 3%, 5% and 7%.Frisco’s annual growth rate remained flat, at 5.9%, with a compound annual growth ratefor the past five years of 4.6%.Projects in the pipeline will increase the population to over 170,000 by 2020±. NOTE:The pipeline does not include future phases of current subdivisions that have not yetsubmitted for preliminary plat approval (i.e. Phillips Creek Ranch, Miramonte, etc.).The City's updated 2015 Comprehensive Plan estimates a population of 375,000± atbuild out, based on the land use projections, with a population of 300,0000± by 2030
